Bring your bikinis and board shorts to this lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath villa a short block to the gorgeous white sand beaches of Anna Maria! Updated furnishings and amenities abound at this quaint vacation destination, sure to be loved by the whole group. Enter through the front door to find yourself in the bright and beachy open-concept living area, perfect for spending quality time with the family as they enjoy home prepared meals compliments of the fully stocked kitchen. There is a king bed with TV in the first bedroom, and 2 twins in the second. A private heated pool, outdoor shower, propane grill, stainless-steel appliances, cable TV, wireless internet, nationwide calling, and private laundry facilities are included with this marvelous beach getaway. Bikinis and Board Shorts accommodates up to 4 people, so grab your beach gear and come enjoy the island life!

***Bikinis and Board Shorts A can be combined with the 2 bed/2 bath B side to produce a 4 bed/3 bath family paradise with 2 pools that sleeps 8 people.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

***OVERCROWDING CONSEQUENCES***
Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to keep Anna Maria Island enjoyable for everyone.

This property was great! Very close to the beach, within walking distance. Property was clean, supplied with just about everything you need. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great location! However the property was inaccurately pictured on the listing. The interior furnishings were completely different & worn out & broken . The exterior pool furniture was not accurately pictured . 2 wooden beach chairs unstable & 4 chairs (some ripped ) & table

Great Stay

House was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. Very short walk to the beach. The pool is not big, but very nice in a tropical setting. Perfect for a small group.

Just steps from the beach…

Cute little cottage with a great oasis in the back yard. The price during the off-season is very reasonable so we decided to extend a few days after our first wonderful week. Located close to several great dining locations including our favorite The Doctors Office. The paint & outdoor furniture could use a little TLC but overall it’s a great property.

Great House, Close to the Beach

We loved this trip to AMI. The house is great, essentially a duplex with another rental on the other side of the wall. We could hear the family in the other rental off and on but it wasn’t loud. Each unit has its own small private pool in back which is great. Very private feeling backyard/pool area with tall fence and tall palm plants. Each unit has enough parking for two vehicles. The town is great. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, still close to restaurants, Publix grocery store, CVS. There aren’t really any chain restaurants on the island but all of the local ones we tried were good. Beach is perfect white sand and clear water. Recommend day trips to De Soto State Park to snorkel and to Kayak - we saw many manatees during our July trip. Great, relaxing, fun trip. We hated to leave.

Great Location, Could be maintained better and should be refreshed.

Pros: Location. Management was responsive when we called for broken luggage rack, missing corkscrew, bathroom door assembly loose. Cons: Cleaning was marginal. Not thoroughly scrubbed. Lack of maintenance on things that could be easily addressed: rusty shower curtain rod, rust around the toilet area, rust in kitchen sink sponge holder, rusty grill (we decided not to use the grill), older worn and unappealing pool area furniture. Paint job really needs to be refreshed. All of this is easily fixable and it clearly has been this way for a while. This takes away from the vacation vibe. If management would put some TLC into this property it would shine.
