Excellent place to stay

I'm a travel nurse and I move around a lot and I got to say this is one of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Tasha is more than amazing. She's a great communicator and it was highly appreciated. Hope to be back one day!

Great location

We stayed at this property in March to go to Spring Training baseball games. The location is perfect for all the parks, especially those on the West side of Phoenix. It also is close to grocery stores. Being right off Thunderbird, it is also close to both the 101 loop, and I17.

We recently stayed in this cute condo and overall had a pleasant experience. It’s in a decent location and has a warm, welcoming feel—you can tell a lot of care and love has gone into the space.There were just a couple of things worth noting. The condo wasn’t as clean as I would have expected upon arrival. For example, there was a large clump of hair on the shower floor and the floors appeared to have tracked-in leaves. Additionally, there were only four towels provided for a seven-day stay. Between daily showers and pool use, we found ourselves needing to wash towels frequently. This may not be an issue for shorter stays, but for longer visits I’d recommend bringing extra or separate pool towels.That said, the owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any communication, which we really appreciated. Overall, it’s a charming place with a cozy atmosphere, and with a few small improvements it could be an even better stay.

Nice Apartment

Overall our stay was fine. Really only complaint has nothing to do with the owner. The walls are thin and the neighbors above us were very loud with the television on all night and walking around the apartment at all times of the night. Additionally, the couple would get in heated arguments which was pleasant to hear. We went to the pool and met some terrific people who have been coming down for years. If we have the opportunity to rent here we would come back. The owner was responsive to anything we need assistance with which really wasn’t much.

Great place, had all the amenities. Most comfortable bed I've slept on in the primary bedroom. Spacious bathroom, everything was clean and tidy. The property was great. Only complaint is the people upstairs, they stomp around a lot. But the rental itself was great.
