The Space
Designed for easy indoor-outdoor living, the open-concept great room flows directly onto the oversized covered lanai through large sliding pocket doors, creating the perfect space to gather after a day at the beach or enjoy relaxed evenings at home.
The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops, high-end appliances, a large center island, and ample prep space for everything from quick breakfasts to sunset dinners on the lanai. The dining area comfortably seats six.

The house was wonderful. Quiet area with a perfect central location. The beach club and the pool right down the block provided with options for all in the group.
Wonderful stay. Check in was easy, accommodations were comfortable, sparkling clean, and had everything we needed for a great stay for a family of 4 plus grandparents. The pool and amenities were so convenient and napua beach club was the only beach we really needed to swim at! Convenient location near a grocery store and coffee shop (walking distance) and a short drive away from the fairmont and other resort properties. Would definitely come back.
Beautiful home for our family stay. Well maintained, great kitchen for actually preparing meals, garage for cars, 4 bathrooms, generous sized rooms everywhere. Easy walk to the shops and restaurant. Need a car for the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Don't count on the boogie boards, but there were chairs and mats there and some snorkel gear.
We have stayed in this complex before, this year was managed by Kona Vacations and the communication was by far the best!! I had a credit card hacked while on the big island and they where able to provide a site address I could receive this while on vacation.
A repair to the property had to be conducted and they where fast and friendly. We are excited about next years trip!
I would suggest that New larger beach towels be replaced with new larger ones. Only had 2 beach chairs for guests. Kitchen could definitely use more Pyrex dishes for baking meals. I think that a basic review of what guests needs in the kitchen would be helpful. Overall it’s a clean property and I would recommend it

We love this units layout and location. The units appliances showed wear and tear fe
rom prior stays, dishwasher broke down, refrigerator ice and water dispenser never worked, BBQ caught on fire due to lack of cleaning, A/C barely cooled 2nd floor, all of which we could not use. This unit could use deep cleaning as well as service of all appliances. Property management gets a C grade for responsiveness, they were quick ro reply.
In all we made the best of it.

We are so sorry to hear that your stay was not ideal. Things do break without notice but I see that we were able to get a handyman out to resolve the issue. I don't see any calls regarding the water dispenser/ice maker - a lot of the higher end refrigerators have an "away" or "holiday" mode where certain features turn off like the water or lights, this may have been the issue. It has been a pleasure to have you as our guest. We hope that you will consider giving us another opportunity to serve you in the future and deliver you a problem free stay.
While the property description was accurate, the condition of the furnishings left a little to be desired. I just don't have enough space to describe all of the issues that we had. However, part of it was the property managements fault.
But the house is very spacious and quiet.
One other note, the internet is AWFUL!

Lovely, but warm
The condo is spacious was clean when we arrived and accommodated us nicely. Before we arrived, we asked the management if there is a lock on the air conditioning that limited how cool we could turn the thermostat at night. We were told it is locked at 72 degrees and would not be lowered because if it were lower, the air conditioning would freeze. I have lived in Iowa and Phoenix, I can tell you that on an 80+ degree day, air conditioners can handle far more cooling than that. We offered to pay to cool it to 69 or 70. They told us no. Here is the problem, the temperature in the condo might be 72 during the day, but at night it rose to 75 or 76--not 72. We asked about getting fans, but were told that the ceiling fans were adequate--even though it was not pleasant at night. We gave up. So when we wanted a vacuum cleaner or a broom, we did not even bother. Can you imagine paying this rate for a place without any way to clean the floor? With a toddler in the group? I will not stay here on my next trip to the Big Island.
Great place for family vacation. Amenities are fantastic. Easy walk to grocery store, coffee bar and smoothie place. Private beach access was terrific.
Stayed with a group of friends for a wedding that was held at the Mauna Launi hotel. This was a perfect option for our stay. Considering the size and quality of the home this was a very affordable and cost effective option. The home was spotless and everything was very well-labeled. Set up very well to provide everything you need for a vacation, including kitchen supplies. We were also provided with snorkels, towels, and even sunscreen. Walking distance to the Mauna Lani shops so we could buy groceries. 5 mins drive to beaches and Mauna Lani hotel. We rented a car so having the closed garage was perfect. Can't recommend this enough!
Everything was as described by the property management team. The directions were clear and entering the property for check in was seamless. The property was spotless and it was a very welcoming place after traveling all day to get there. There were some basic spices in the pantry and a couple of pool toys. There are ZERO issues or complaints and when we return we will book this property again. Waking distance to the pool and workout facility, grocery store and an AMAZING Coffee place and smoothie joint in the shops next to the property. Had one question for the management team and it was quickly addressed (had to unlock the child lock on the cook top) and we were able to cook dinner in the condo that evening. This was nothing but a great experience!!! Checkout was just as easy and seamless. Mahalo!!!
Great condition, great location and plenty of room. The beach club is amazing on a cove where everyone can play, snorkel and they have a bar/restaurant. Grocery store and restaurants in walking distance.
This property is beautiful. Located walking distance from groceries and restaurants, nice walk to the ocean. The lanai was especially great for eating all our meals. The rooms were all very spacious, with great bathrooms- lots of room to spread out.
Great property, everything needed for a wonderful Trip. Clean, comfortable, and a good selection of beach toys, umbrellas and snorkeling equipment. Exactly as advertised, would book again.
Everything about the property was great. My only reason for not going 5 stars on communication with the property manager was because we specifically asked if there would be things like salt and pepper, typical spices, etc. and were told there would not be any. So we stopped and bought a bunch of spices for the week only to find that the unit was fully stocked. Also, when we asked if we could get a slightly earlier check-in we were told no but when my son arrived a couple hours before normal check in time the house was clean and ready for us. Aside from these two pretty minor issues, we had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property.
Amazing condo with tons of space for everyone! Beautiful lanai with dining for 6 and lounging for 2. Nice outdoor kitchen area with a fridge. Close to the pool. Kitchen supplies were lacking compared to other places we have stayed but we made it work. Definitely not a deal breaker. The 2nd lanai was furnished with 2 small chairs so it wasn't really a usable space. Again not a deal breaker. We all enjoyed our stay very much.
