The Villages is a gated community located within the prestigious Mauna Lani Resort famous for the Francis H. I'I Brown, 36 hole golf complex. It was the former home of the MasterCard, Senior Skins championship. World class golf, tennis, pristine beaches and private spa are just a few of the many resort amenities. The Villages also includes its own exercise facility and private pool and heated spa. This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home has approximately 2200 square feet of interior living space and over 400 square feet of covered lanai. There is a gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, high end appliances, and a center island. There is a spacious living room with cable TV, CD/DVD, ceiling fan, and a dining area with seating for 6. There are large 3 panel sliding glass pocket doors that recede into the wall and open to the living room & large covered lanais for enjoyable indoor/outdoor living. The back lanai has a built in outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and seating for six. The suites offer one King and Queen Bed and the third guest bedroom has 2 double beds. Only 10 minutes from Mauna Kea and Hapuna beaches. Enjoy many other exciting activities also including seasonal whale watching, star gazing at Mauna Kea, kayaking, snorkeling and scuba diving. Renters have access to the incredible Mauna Lani Beach Club with great snorkeling right off the beach for no extra cost.

About Kona Coast Vacations - SL

Aloha and welcome to the Big Island. We are thankful to Hawaii and its peoples for allowing us to work and play on this great island.

Kona Coast Vacations manages over 200 condos, homes and estates along the leeward (dry and sunny) side of the Big Island ( this island is named Hawaii, same name as the State). We are located right in Kailua Kona which is about 10 minutes south of the KOA (Kona) international airport. Most people include Kailua Kona, Keauhou, Kahaluu, and Holualoa, under the umbrella of the name Kona. We also have team members living near the resort area ( about 25 minutes north of the airport) which include Mauna Kea, Mauna Lani, Hali'i Kai, Waikoloa Beach Resort (near the coast), Waikoloa Village (up mountain, about 15 minutes from the coast), etc.

Our team of inspectors check the property before your arrival, after you depart, and we inspect the cleaners. If something is amiss, please let us know immediately on arrival and we will address your concerns ASAP. We are open seven days a week to assist guests and owners. We offer a concierge service, we have maps and recommendations on our web site and are here to answer your questions.

This is a large yet cozy feeling 3 bedroom condo. Nice amenities. Good location to shops but too far to walk to beach. The condo was not completely cleaned on our arrival and missing items in the kitchen. The main office was most responsive to this.

We were traveling with my 83 year old mother so the downstairs bedroom was perfect for her. She easily made the walk to the Mauna Lani shops and the pool was a short walk away for the kids (who liked the basic pool b/c at the time it was not crowded) The snorkeling right outside the bay of the private Mauna Lani Beach Club (to the left) rivals the snorkeling at Captain Cook Monument, and so much less trouble to get to! Was great to have access to this beach. Back at the condo, there was enough space for us all and we never felt cramped and was very quiet. Kitchen also well stocked with basics like oil and ketchup, thank you -

We arrived excited to spend our first night at the home. Bought provisions to cook on the lovely looking outdoor grill. The igniter wasn't working and we could not light the ignition burners directly. Went to take a jacuzzi bath and the bathtub plug wasn't functioning so couldn't fill the tub. Talked to Kona Coast, but the maintenance person said he couldn't fix either. Had to call the owner of Kona Coast to get service completed 2 days later. Never did fix the grill, but after working with it quite a while, the maintenance person showed us a workaround.
