We like the option of the ceiling fans, too, and sometimes the breezes flow from the back of the condo through the front which is lovely to sleep by at night. We are grateful for the feedback on our condo when guests are unhappy since this normally gives us the opportunity to rectify any problems. Unfortunately, this guest has incorrectly assumed this is why we would prefer not to rent to them again, but the correct reason is because the overall experience was very poor due to no response from our guest when we asked if they received their arrival information, no response again when we asked if everything was in order for them; their disgruntled behavior before even entering into our condo; the inability for our housekeeper to have 15 additional minutes to complete her job in a back to back booking; complaining about the how the shower plumbing was not draining and the manager then later discovered the plug was in the "on" position and other complaints that we were not allowed to enter the into the condo to either validate or fix. Ultimately, we had to exercise owner rights to enter during the guest stay due to safety concerns. We wish our former guests well, and hope they can appreciate the Aloha we repeatedly attempted to provide including the Aloha Care Package we arranged to help soothe their unhappy energy. We now have over 63 Five Star Reviews over the many years we have owned our lovely condo, and there is a reason for it; cleanliness, value, location, hospitality; ongoing Aloha & its well-stocked, and easy, walkable access to the beach.
