55+ Community, with pool, pickleball, and small-pet friendly!

Completely remodeled unit in sought-after 55+ gated community (yes you must be 55 or older to stay). This beautiful park has many amenities to enjoy while you spend time in paradise such as a heated pool, pickleball, clubhouse etc. Near to the Burnt Store Marina, downtown Punta Gorda, Charlotte Harbor, golf, and about 30-50 minutes from various beaches. There will be an application/background check you will need to submit directly to the park itself at a fee of $100.00 after you book.
