Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start the dishwasher 3 hours prior to checking out so it can run a full cycle before the housekeepers get there at 10:00.
Please log out of all streaming se4rvices like Netflix on both TV's, leave the remotes near the TV's and put both TV's back on the Spectrum home screen.
1 - Make sure to leave the beach closet key hanging by the front door for the next traveler. 2 - If you used the sleeper sofa, please leave it open so the housekeepers know to inspect it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No pets allowed on furniture. If you leave your pets in the villa while out please make sure they are quiet. Barking etc., will not be tolerated.
If pets leave excessive pet hair that requires the housekeeprs to work extra, that cost may be passed along to you. Please be mindful of hair.

Everything was simply perfect about this property! Great location, easy access to the beach, and a great host! Everything was spotless when we arrived and we had a smooth check in and check out process. The beach closet is amazing as well it has everything you need for a day on the beach. You won’t find a better spot on the island!

The apartment is very nice with all we needed for a very enjoyable vacation. It is clean, well organized and the convenience to the beach is fantastic. The bed is very comfortable, and we were able to enjoy the Stanley Cup Eastern Division finals, even though the Canadiens lost:(. Certainly five stars.

I had a wonderful stay! This condo truly had everything I needed for a relaxing Hilton Head vacation. The location was perfect—close to the beach, convenient to everything, and the easy parking was a huge plus.The condo itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was perfect and had everything I needed, and having a washer and dryer right in the condo was incredibly convenient.I especially loved the pool area because it offered the best of both worlds—plenty of sunshine when I wanted it and nice shaded areas when I needed a break from the heat.The host was wonderful—very responsive, accommodating, and easy to communicate with, which made the entire experience even better.Overall, this was a fantastic place to stay and made my Hilton Head vacation easy, comfortable, and memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Excellent location. About 10 minute walk until your toes hit the beach sand. Clean, relaxed atmosphere, lots of food and golf options nearby. Very pet friendly. Pamela was thoughtful and helpful. We enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head.

Fabulous place to stay close to the beach!! Host is excellent at communicating. Condo is dog friendly and has everything you need. You feel right at home from the second you walk in. This condo had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and very cozy. Pamela is a great host and touched base with me a few times during our stay. The walk to the beach was very short, maybe 4-5 minutes. We really enjoyed our stay I. Hilton Head.

Pamela’s condo was fantastic. It checked all the boxes we look for in a vacation home. The condo was super stocked, and the welcome book was super helpful. You can tell that the owners truly want you to have great time. The unit is super clean and well maintained. The condo is close to everything yet in a nice quiet neighborhood.Pamela was extremely responsive to any question. Our only complaint is 2 weeks was no enough.

The place was exactly as described. It was very nice being close to the pool. I wasn't really clear on where to go to get to the beach, but after walking around it was just a short walk. The only thing that made me feel uneasy were the signs that said alligators are frequently crawling around. I was a little leery to go by myself to the beach in the dark. It was nice to be able to get up before the sun came up to see the sunrise on the beach. The option to go to either the beach or a pool was awesome. if you are there during the week there is no delivery for food. That, however, is not a reflection on the host. One thing to know before you go is to print out any instructions as far as where to pick up the parking pass, Internet, connections, etc.. When I got there I had no signal on my phone and could not pull up VRBO where all of the information was. I should've printed it out before I left. I did have to leave a day early and was not offered any refund. I suppose that is to be expected these days.

Robin, thank you for writing a review. I am glad you respect the alligator signs around the island, I do as well. They are just part of HHI and usually keep to themselves. Thankfully I have only ever seen them on the golf courses but again its always good to be aware. Thank you for mentioning the internet. We have the highest speed offered in our area (Spectrum) but from time to time it does go down but if so its usually for a short time. Printing off the paperwork prior to arrival is also a great suggestion. I always do that when I travel (just incase). We chose Stones Throw because its location can’t be beat. It’s tucked away from the noise and traffic yet a super easy walk to the beautiful new boardwalk and Folly Field Beach. We love that it’s a quiet and friendly neighborhood that is literally just minutes from anything we need would need. 5 minutes to Publix, Walmart, tons of restaurants and so so much more. It’s the hidden gem on HHI. 🏖️
