Conflicting thoughts.
Initially walking up to the property I was a little disappointed with the upkeep of the front yard/entryway. The overgrowth of the weeds was so much that the sidewalk/path leading to the front door was entirely covered. Not a good impression initially.
After getting into the property and settling down with my wife and 9month old we were able to enjoy ourselves a little better but then the house started being filled with the smell of marijuana from the neighbors (not owners fault). The problem was that the back door wasn't sealed properly and so the smell could come in easily and without hinderances. The owner responded quickly and had a handyman out the next day to help resolve the issue with the back door.
The inside of the property was clean and in order except for pet air on the carpet/floor and furniture (hard to clean of course and that comes with a pet friendly place to stay I suppose). We initially had issues with the window AC units not being able to keep the whole property cool during the day and when brought up to the owner she acted quickly as well to have a fan dropped off to help spread out the cold air to the rest of the house.
Seems like a lot of negative things but overall I was impressed by the assistance that was given from the owner to help resolve the issues. In the end, the place is a good place to stay with many things to do within 15 minutes of the property. Not sure if I would come back because the place isn't very conducive for a toddler friendly property (personal opinion because of my situation with having a young one to take care of).
