Great location, excellent bedrooms and big dining room for our Christmas dinner. Small things could have been better, such as the dishwasher needs some repair, and the sink didn’t drain well. The couch is well-used, and the upholstery repair was not great. Also, the kitchen shelves could benefit from some shelve-liner paper — some paint was stuck to the rim of the glasses. But none of these should be deal-breakers. It was a great week in Denver!

Our house was being remodeled and we plus our 2 cocker spaniels needed a place to stay for a month. The house was perfect, great location, everything we needed. Chris was so accommodating when we needed a few extra days. He also allowed us to have access to a washer and dryer which was so helpful. The neighborhood has great restaurants on both Broadway and Pearl Street. The house is running distance to Wash Park (about 1/2 mile).

The location is perfect! You can walk to South Pearl St and there are many restaurants! You can walk to Whole Foods and Sprouts grocery stores. It is also close to S Broadway with more bars and restaurants. The house is very roomy and spacious. Both bedrooms are big with great closet space. The outside could use a bit of a sprucing up but other than that we found the accommodations to be good!

We've stay in a lot of VRBOs over the years, and this, by far, was the moth thoughtful. The owner has lovely taste in art and books, but was thoughtsful enough to have emergency meds stashed in the kitchen, coffee AND creamer and sugars. The bathroom had emergency provisions too. Not that they were needed, but it was just really well thought out and felt like we were with family. Much appreciated. And the location, location, location...perfectly situated for walking. The only two things where kids might be concerned are the stairs to the bedroom and the immediate access to the street at the front door. For adults, it checks all the boxes.

This is a great spot! Clean, lovely energy, artistic, great proximity to restaurants. Safe neighborhood. walked dog at night and felt very safe. Off street parking was easy. Everything was perfect

The location was ideal, super close to all the fun that South Broadway has to offer, their is a Sprouts gricery store 2 blocks away, Chook's Chicken is just a few blocks and Delish. Everything in the house was clean and cozy. Will definitely be staying here again for future trips!

Great Cozy Stay for a Metro-Denver Trip!

The place was quite cozy and close to many things to do, just as described! We found it close enough to utilize public transport to visit Downtown Denver, and there were several nearby parks to explore! And nice off-street parking there on site.The owners were so friendly, I would stay here again on a future trip! Thanks to Chris & Heather for allowing us to stay at their nice place! You'll get plenty of steps in for those delicious meals that are all nearby. HIGHLY recommend Sushi Den!!
