Why Property Manager chose Grand Lake
Beautiful setting with views of mountains and 2 lakes! within 2 + hours of Denver airport. Only 3 miles to the west entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park, and 1 mile from the quaint Grand Lake Village. y family and I have been vacationing in Grand Lake since 1967! My husband and I honeymooned here.
What makes this Cabin unique
This cabin is secluded but in close proximity to Grand Lake Village, and Rocky Mountain National Park. The live theater is nationally known, and we enjoy art galleries as well. Love sitting around the fire pit at night.
Sports & Adventure Activities
The cabin is very quaint and was perfect for our needs. The deck and views are tough to beat and really make it a wonderful place to just relax and soak it all in. All in all a great stay. Only suggestions would be that it would have been nice to have another toilet in the 2nd bedroom, not just a shower/sink, but we managed and wifi would be great! Wouldn't mind getting work done on that deck! Thanks for letting us enjoy a wonderful relaxing weekend at the place!
beautiful views of the lake and the mountains
My family of five stayed in the cabin and we all loved it. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked and it was very clean. Two of my kids slept in the queen bed and one child slept on the very comfortable leather sofa in the family room. We loved sitting on the patio and looking at the lake and mountains. I highly recommend this cabin..
Beautiful view and close access to great hiking trails!
Great setting overlooking Grand Lake! Bed was very comfortable and everything fit our needs.
The "Z" cabin was in a perfect location, walking distance to town and with a beautiful view!
My wife and I stayed at the cabin with my stepdaughter, her husband and their two kids. There was enough room for all of us.We couldn't have had a better time! We walked with the girls to town-- about 15-20 mins. There is grocery shopping and video rental as well as plenty of shops to by souvenirs. Nice quaint town and not crazy busy like Estes Park. Beautiful stream and waterfalls just outside of the main town. Grilled out at the cabin, roasted marshmallows by the fire pit. Thanks Lois, we had a wonderful time-- wouldn't change anything!
We rented this beautiful cabin for our honeymoon and could not believe how perfect it was! It was a beautiful drive from Denver in our rental car. Everything from the views to the master bed was amazing! We grilled out steaks from the local grocery stores every night and probably spent 98% of our time sitting on the porch enjoying the mountains and lake views. We made friends with the chipmunk who lived under the stairs and a huge herd of elk (might be just huge deer with fuzzy antlers?) greeted us in the mornings as they made their way down the mountain. The hummingbirds were zipping around the pretty Wildflowers. It was just amazing! It was literally seconds from the little town of Grand Lake which was so cute! The coffee shop there ahead the best coffee. We climbed Adams Falls and rented ATVS in the national park! We will definitely be making this a yearly trip and hope to make many more memories there!!
Wonderful Anniversary Trip
We rented this cabin to celebrate our anniversary. I could not have been more pleased. This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean and the views of the lakes and the mountains from the large windows and deck were breathtaking. We explored the town of Grand Lake and it was very charming. We also rented a Pontoon Boat at Beacons Marina to explore Lake Granby. We had a great time, but we always looked forward to going back to the cabin. We really enjoyed making smores at the outdoor firepit. We can't wait to go back again!!
