We're very glad the home served you and your family well during the Holidays. Thank you for staying here and for your kind words. Please feel free to stay with us again as the need arises.
We had a great stay! The house has plenty of space for large groups. It was triple digit weather during our stay so we mainly stayed in doors. So happy the A/C and ceiling fans were working well! Thank you David for your hospitality! Hoping to book our next reunion with you!
My family needed a place to stay for my grandmothers funeral and this place was perfect! Plenty of extra towels, blankets, sheets. Very nice and clean!

Easy rental process. Close to 24 hrs grocery store. Easy to go to Yosemite, Kings and Sequoia National Parks. Very reasonable price for a big 4 bedroom house.

Kurt, thank you for staying at our BnB. We know you have other options out there, and we work hard to make this home THE place for large groups to stay when in our area. Please feel free to stay anytime you and/or your Team are in the area. Thank you again.
We did a family Thanksgiving weekend with our elderly parents and nearby siblings. The home is prettier in person and so much space for children, tweens, &teens. We had a fantastic time gathering for a few meals. Our family loved the ADA friendly rental. It was a great deal and an awesome find! It was wonderful to see my family gathered and the kids playing together and eating delicious food. Thanks David!

I'm so glad your family enjoyed the home for Thanksgiving, that makes me really happy. Please stay again when you're in this area, I would love to have you. Thank you again for the kind words.
Overall the house is great. I would suggest that you have more than one tv. When you can sleep 15, it's hard to satisfy everyone with only one. Also provide some sort of game activity. Other than that the house and stay was pleasant.

Oh my goodness
I don't even know where to start. I will preface this review by saying the owner refunded our money for our hassle but I do feel the need to report things to future renters. Our group consisted of 1 coach, 1 parent and 5 high school athletes, travelling for the High School State Meet. We arrived at the house around 9:45pm. We were not able to check in due to a lock malfunction. After 45 minutes of unanswered calls, texts and emails to the owner, we started looking around the property. Thankfully, there was an open door in the backyard. That is how we were eventually able to get into the house. The owner did not reply to anything until 5:30am the following day. About the house... Property was very obviously a former residential elder care facility. Commercial signage is still posted throughout the house. The kitchen was very large but missing supplies for a large group. Snacks? Um, if a can of coffee and can of white hominy are your jam, then yes. The house, overall, was very clean but then we opened a drawer to find what looked like rat droppings. Cleaning supplies for guests were non-existent and requests to the owner to provide some went unanswered. Owner did come to the house to repair the lock, thankfully. He needs to have an emergency plan available if he isn't able to respond to renters. This could have been a complete nightmare situation if that door wasn't open. Leaving children with nowhere to stay is dangerous. Hotels were completely full.
