This cute little home suited our needs for 2 night stay. It is not far from most anywhere you want to go. The owners live in basement separate living quarters. They are very nice hosts who respect their guests privacy. The yard/lawn could use some attention as this would improve the curb appeal and guests 1st impression when driving in. All in all...things were clean, plenty of towels and a nice upgraded bathroom.
The host has great communication & the property is a cute little older home in a neighborhood not far from lots of fun Nashville stops. The beds were comfortable & the shower was nice. There were a couple spots that needed some cleaning attention. Specifically the mirrors & the kitchen cabinets. But in general it was clean & smelled nice. Our main, small issues were: it got very hot in the house. Up to 81. It was very hot in Nashville that day & the a/c was trying it just could not keep up. We went & bought a couple fans. Also the WiFi was not good & was very glitchy. We could not even watch a show as a family. Overall it was a good stay with great communication - just be aware it is an older home that has older home issues.

Interesting
The bathroom, which there is only one, was remolded and we enjoyed although the bath rug was dirty and needed washed. The kitchen is outdated for cabinets but the appliances are good. The utensils to cook and eat need updated, which was a problem. I replaced one skillet. The couch looks great in the pic but needs cleaned. The mattress in the back right BR has a yellow stain and the ceiling light flickers. The TV was very difficult to operate and we a lot of problems with the one in the LR. We did not use the other TVs. We had several people over to visit and the host never complained and I am sure we were a bit heavy on the floor at times. The host lives in the basement and we could hear them at times so I am assuming they could hear us and that was uncomfortable. The back yard was not for use and that is ok but the stairs to it is blocked at the bottom and that may be a fire hazard. (??)

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the remodeled bathroom and found the appliances in the kitchen to your liking. However, we sincerely apologize for the issues you experienced during your stay, including the cleanliness of the bath rug and couch, as well as the condition of the mattress and kitchen utensils.
Your comments about the flickering light and the TV difficulties are also noted, and we'll work on addressing these concerns promptly. We're sorry for any discomfort caused by the noise from the basement; we strive to maintain a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for all our guests.
Regarding the backyard access, we'll look into the blocked stairs to ensure safety for future guests. We appreciate your understanding and hope to improve your experience should you choose to stay with us again. Thank you for your valuable insights!
The property was in close proximity to all we wanted to do. (driving distance) It's located in a darling neighborhood with friendly people. Property was clean and well kept. Depicted accurately in pictures & description. Owner was easy to communicate with, friendly & kind. Highly recommend this property!
So clean, peaceful, and comfortable. The host ensured the place smelled good, it was clean, and we had everything we needed. The bedding and pillows were so soft! The towels were so soft and plenty of them! There was coffee, a few drinks in the fridge, etc. All the comforts you hope for when staying in a new place.

Osman Hi, I'm Osman! I was born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, and spent 16 years living in Queens (Flushing), New York, before moving to Nashville. I've been here for 22 years and consider it my home. My passion is Olympic Weightlifting, and I had the incredible opportunity to compete in the 1992 Summer Olympics in Barcelona, Spain, representing Honduras. Nowadays, I coach Olympic Weightlifting at the Nashville Weightlifting Club, which I own. It's a pleasure to share my love for the sport with others and help them achieve their fitness goals.

Hi, I'm Tiffany! I'm originally from Benton, Kentucky, and work as a Paraprofessional in Special Education for Metro Public Schools. I enjoy spending my free time sewing, cooking, hiking, and exploring the outdoors. Nashville has so much to offer, and I love discovering new places and experiences around the city. As a host, I enjoy creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. It's always a joy to meet new people and share a little bit of our lives with them.
We look forward to hosting you and are here to ensure you have a fantastic stay. If you have any questions about Nashville, weightlifting, or local outdoor activities, feel free to ask! We hope you enjoy your time in Music City.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it's a perfect blend of family-friendly charm and hardworking, middle-class values. It's a community where neighbors look out for one another and there's a strong sense of connection. I love that it's close to all the shopping areas and just a short drive to downtown, yet it offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. It's the ideal spot for those who want to enjoy the best of both worlds—proximity to Nashville's vibrant culture and a quiet, relaxing atmosphere to come home to.
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because it combines the warmth of a family-friendly neighborhood with the convenience of easy access to downtown Nashville. What truly sets it apart is the classic country decor that gives the home a cozy and inviting feel, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in.
Another unique feature is that each of the three bedrooms has a Roku TV, allowing guests to enjoy their favorite shows and movies without having to leave the comfort of their rooms. The half-circle driveway offers convenient parking, so you don't have to worry about street parking or finding a spot.
Moreover, our location is perfect for those who want to experience Nashville without being in the midst of the downtown rush. You're just a quick Uber/Lyft ride away from the city's most popular attractions, but at the end of the day, you can retreat to a quiet and peaceful space.
We also respect your privacy; we live in the downstairs mother-in-law apartment, which is entirely separate from the main house. This setup allows you to enjoy complete privacy while having hosts close by to answer any questions or provide recommendations.
Our property is also surrounded by some of Nashville's best local restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping areas, ensuring you have everything you need within a short drive. These unique elements make our property a standout choice for your Nashville visit.
