Heliotrope Haus is a spacious Mt. Baker forest retreat designed for mountain days and easy evenings at home. Set inside the gated Mt. Baker Rim community, the cabin sleeps up to eight guests with two private king suites and two twin XL loft sleeping areas.



After skiing, snowboarding, hiking or exploring the North Cascades, come home to a covered hot tub, a large private indoor sauna and the warmth of the wood burning stove.

The main great room brings everyone together with tall windows looking into the surrounding evergreens, comfortable seating and a wood-burning stove that makes winter evenings especially inviting.



The kitchen is equipped for meals at home, whether you are making a quick breakfast before heading to the mountain or settling in for dinner after a full day outside.



Upstairs, a second lounge provides another place to read, play games, watch a movie or simply spread out.

YOUR PRIVATE MOUNTAIN SPA



After a day at Mt. Baker, step into the private indoor sauna, then head outside for a soak in the covered hot tub surrounded by forest.



The spacious deck extends the living space outdoors with dining, Adirondack chairs, a propane BBQ and propane fire table.



READY FOR SKI SEASON



A dedicated ski and snowboard waxing bench gives you space to prepare equipment for the next day's conditions. Nearby gear storage, a washer and dryer, level parking and a backup generator add practical comfort for winter stays.



Fast WiFi also makes it easy to work remotely, stream a movie or extend your mountain getaway by another day.



DOGS ARE WELCOME



Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome with advance notice. A pet fee of $35 per dog, per night applies.

Heliotrope Haus is tucked into gated Mt. Baker Rim in Glacier, surrounded by towering evergreens and well positioned for Mt. Baker skiing, snowboarding, hiking, river adventures and year-round mountain exploring.



Come for the mountain. Stay for the sauna, hot tub and those quiet evenings around the wood stove.



The Neighborhood:

Heliotrope Haus is located within Mt. Baker Rim, a peaceful gated mountain community beside the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest in Glacier.



Towering evergreens, forested roads and the surrounding mountain landscape create the tucked away Pacific Northwest setting guests come here to experience. It is also a convenient home base for skiing and snowboarding at Mt. Baker, hiking, river adventures, scenic drives and year round exploring.



Glacier's restaurants, coffee and local shops are nearby, while the surrounding mountains make it easy to spend the day outside and return to a quiet cabin in the forest.



Please note that rental guests do not have access to Mt. Baker Rim's private clubhouse, pool, sports courts or other member-only community amenities.



Other Things to Note:

The cabin sleeps up to eight, but two sleeping spaces are loft style areas.



One twin XL sleeping area has low, sloped ceilings. The second is accessed by a ladder and is best suited to older children, teens or agile adults. Guests with limited mobility may prefer one of the two king suites.



Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome with advance notice. The pet fee is $35 per dog, per night. Cats and other pets cannot be accommodated.



The home includes a backup generator for added peace of mind during winter stays.
