This is a duplex. There is a unit upstairs and is NOT shared with this unit.

Your family or group will be close to everything when you stay at this house! So close you can hear the ocean waves! This Ernest Hemingway, Key West style duplex is five houses from the beach. You can walk to the beach, a local coffee-shop nearby, a local surf shop, mini-golf or to a local Mexican restaurant. Within five miles is downtown Saint Augustine. Oh, the places you'll go!

Enjoy staying in a first floor, 1,100 sq feet 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit with a large porch by the beach!

Pets are most certainly welcome. Please register them upon booking. There is a fee.

We had a great stay here. Great for our dog, nice fenced area. Location was so nice, short walk to a beautiful beach. Lots of dining and shops within walking. Would stay again.

Great place to stay!

We had a really good time staying here for two nights with family. Very good location, close to the beach and good places to eat nearby. House has everything you need. Would come back again for sure!

Pet friendly in St Augustine Beach

Location was great—-just a block and a half from the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. The owner was responsive and accommodating. The house was well-layed out and clean but some of the furnishings were a little worn and a few more serving dishes and pots and pans would have been nice. Overall though, a comfortable place to stay and good value.

Just book it!

A great stay in spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. We were close to the beach, and just several blocks for the drive on beach entry. Short drive to St. Augustine historical district. The home is very clean, well maintained, and we had everything we needed. Many good restaurants nearby. June Ann and Eric were great to work with. You won't be disappointed!

Has great potential but needs improvement

Property is in a great location, spacious and comfortable. Resources on property are very minimal. Short on bath towels, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. for 6pp. Needs a better cleaning person. There were shoes/toys from previous occupant and webs under sofa. Don't want to think about that when on holiday. But if improved would gladly pay for another visit.

Hello Leyani. Glad that the property had all that you needed. Sorry that you had to worry about resources and the cleaniness. Please allow me to address them. We provide 8 bath towels, 3 toilet paper rolls, and a full paper towel roll for a 2-night stay. We thought that it would be sufficient. As for the sandals, they were kiddie sandals that we thought perhaps the next guest could use. It was outside near the beach stuff that we keep in stock for guests to use such as chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The notepad and pen, we left in the nightstand for perhaps children to draw on. We are now mindful that guests could see them as not being "clean". For that, I apologize. Thank you for taking care of the place, and we will be happy to host you again.

Right off A1A Beach Blvd, close to a number of local restaurants and shops. Beach is just down the road, steps away. Boardwalk leads you to the shore. Enjoy walking around the island or on the beach. Downtown St. Augustine is within 5 miles. Previous guests have loved the balcony, the short walk to business that are nearby, quick walk to the beach to watch the sunrise, close to everything!
