Our 3rd floor condo overlooks the tennis courts and heated pool. NEWLY ADDED 4 CHAIRS and BALCONY BREAKFAST TABLE AND 2 NEW TWIN SEALY POSTURPEDIC MATTRESSES. You’re just a short stroll to the sugar sand beach, outside pool, shuffle board, and the SUN. Great rates, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated. Your adventures while staying at Ocean Village Club are limitless... you can SUN, SWIM, SURF, PLAY TENNIS, FISH, GOLF, SHOP, or visit Disney, Kennedy Space Center, and other nearby sites, or just RELAX.

We’ve just finished the unit, so you’ve got lots of new items – including new Queen mattress, rain showerheads, pillows, full-size washer/dryer, 2 flat screen TV's, DVD/Blueray, fans, lights, cookware, towels, beach supplies, beach toys and more.

Our tasteful two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located on the top-floor of the G building, a third-floor (walk-up) unit ensuring an abundance of light and privacy. The unit is completely and comfortably furnished for your enjoyment, including bed/bath linens, a fully-accessorized kitchen, leather couches, a new washer/dryer, and beach supplies (towels, chairs, coolers, and toys). The club house offers a library, computer (DSL) and exercise room. DSL and FREE WIRELESS are ALSO available in our condo. You supply your own laptop.

The master bedroom has a new memory foam queen-size bed, 39” TV w/ cable DVD/Blueray player, and its own master bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and plenty of closet space. There is an additional bathroom just off the second bedroom.

The dining area includes a table which seats six. This sprawls into the living room - which is completely furnished including cable 42” TV, DVD/Blueray player, as well as sliders leading to the balcony. The balcony is furnished with chairs - perfect for relaxing and taking in a tennis match or surfing the web while sipping a cool beverage.

COMPLEX – Ocean Village Club just won the 2014 Florida Condominium Community of the Year award – recognized by the Florida Communities of Excellence awards program. The grounds are immaculately maintained, and rival (if not surpass) many resorts.

LOCATION AND SITES - When not relaxing on the beach, you can visit the fabulous historic city of Saint Augustine, the oldest city in the nation, just 15 minutes away. While in Saint Augustine, you can enjoy historic sites, fabulous shops, and fine restaurants. You can tour the famous Castillo De San Marcos Fort (17th-century fortress), the Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth, Potters Wax Museum, horse-drawn carriage rides, San Sebastian Winery, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and so much more. If shopping is your fancy, you are located only 15 min from the famous St. Augustine outlets. In fact, you are centrally located to many of “the basics”- 1 mile from TWO grocery stores, 1 mile to Hungry Howie’s Pizza, 0.5 mile from St. Augustine's best breakfast (Oasis restaurant), and 5 mile from the shopping district at the intersection of US 1-312 (HomeDepot, Marshall’s, Target, Staples, Chick Filet, Sonny’s BBQ, Burger King, McDonald’s, Outback Steaks, and much, much more).

SPORTS - Besides the FREE on-site amenities (two pools, tennis courts, and shuffleboard and all the beach you-care-to-enjoy) you can partake in surfing, fishing, and boating. Of course, great golf courses are very close - including Sawgrass/Ponte Vedra (TPC). We’re also close to the World Golf Village - where you can tour the World Golf Hall of Fame and see an I-Max movie.

About Jean and Jeff Kerchner

We spent 4 years living in Central Florida. During this time, we visited many sites and shores. By far, our favorite, and most frequented, was historic and mystical St. Augustine. We love people watching in the historic district, the live music, and shelling on the beaches.

Why Jean and Jeff Kerchner chose Saint Augustine

Over 20 years ago, we were married in St. Augustine. We fell in love with the beautiful sandy beaches and the historic streets. Loving it so much, we decided to purchase this quiet, 3rd floor unit, and some day retire here. The condo association is very active, maintains the grounds superbly, and they just won the #1 condo association in Florida award.

What makes this condo unique

We just purchased the unit, so it is newly outfitted, stocked, and painted. It overlooks the tennis court and heated pool. While drinking a ice-cold glass of sweat tea, I enjoy watching my teenagers play tennis and swim in the heated pool. Not overlooking the obvious, I love the short stroll to the beach. Ocean village is a private gated community.

Beautiful Condo! Ultra Clean!

Wow! The first impression was bright and clean and we arrived late evening! The owners were so thoughtful they left the lights on inside the condo for our PM arrival. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony that overlooks the heated pool. The beach is awesome and just steps away. For casual meals enjoyed breakfast and a dinner at Oasis around the corner. We had a birthday celebration at The Rain Tree cafe. I had a delicious beef Wellington for dinner. However the Banana's Foster ice cream filled crepe was out of this world! The town of St. Augustine is beautiful, quaint and full of history. We especially enjoyed the tour of the old Ponce De Leon Hotel currently Flagler College. The trolley tour gave us great insight into the town and a prospective of where things we're located. Jeff had reccomend O.C. Whites for lunch while in town. So we had a great lunch on the patio of O.C. Whites. Delicious clam chowder! Thanks Jeff! The Condo is beautifully appointed and the towels and linens were first class. Jean and Jeff were the perfect hosts always answering our questions quickly. They gave us tons of recommendations and suggestions of sites to see. So many we can't wait to re-book!!! Thank You Jean & Jeff for the everything we'll be back!

Great hosts! The condo was clean. Loved the updates. Everything was provided and then some. Beach towels, chairs, toys and even coolers. Quiet and comfortable. Pool and tennis courts were well maintained. We enjoyed our stay!
