Our home, Ocean Paradise at Sea Villas III, features a partial ocean view from the front deck.  Get a peek of the ocean and then make your way to the outdoor pool downstairs and the beach just across the street!  Make memories to last a lifetime!



With a full living room and separate bedroom, there is plenty of space for everyone.  The bedroom features 2 queen beds, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room for space up to 6 guests total.



The kitchen is fully appointed with all dishes, cookware, utensils, and glassware for your convenience.  From a full meal to an afternoon snack, you`ll have everything right on hand. 



Enjoy free Wi-Fi to stay connected, and our Smart TV lets you watch your favorite shows on Netflix, Hulu, and more.  There is a full lineup of cable channels as well to catch up on the news, sports, and more!



Sea Villas III is a wonderful boutique property with a private pool and sun loungers, a sun deck, and even an outdoor grill and picnic area.  Grill out that perfect "cheeseburger in paradise" under the sun after a great day at the beach!

* We have a minimum renter age of 25 and guest 25 or older must be residing during the entire stay.

*This is a non-smoking condo.

*No pets allowed.

* Check-in is 4:00pm, Check-out is 10:00am

*This unit is located on the 3rd floor, no elevator access.

*Outdoor pool is closed around November 1-April 1st

*Check in information will be sent 3 days before check in

*No motorcycles, golf carts, or trailers are allowed at this property per the HOA.

*Daily housekeeping unavailable.

*Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

*One parking pass provided in unit. No additional passes will be provided.

*Drip coffee maker provided in unit.

*Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $29 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $500 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

Hundreds of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment options within a few minutes of the condo including para sailing and jet ski rentals, Barefoot Landing and Tanger Outlets, and every type of cuisine imaginable.  From favorite local seafood "dives" to some of the best family friendly restaurants around to superb fine dining, there is something for everyone and all close by.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
