Here at 99Waves4u we have FLEXIBLE BOOKING DATES! The Owners use the home from October until April. REVIEWS PRIOR TO 2022 ARE FROM OUR MAUI PROPERTY WE SOLD TO PURCHASE 41 PARK ROW LANE. THOSE REVIEWS SHOW THAT WE TAKE CARE OF OUR PROPERTY AND CARE ABOUT OUR GUESTS.

Watercolor Gulf District Park Row Lane Vacation Rental Home! Overlooking the Western Lake preserve from a screened porch. It is a two minute walk from the Beach Club where you have complimentary Towel Service.

This 3 story home (No Elevator) Gulf District was recently remodeled and redecorated. It has 4 King bedrooms, 1 bunkroom with 2 single beds and a “Playhouse” room with 2 small child beds & Chalkboard, Plus a Smart Tv for Streaming only. The Primary Suite has an adjustable Cal King Sleep Number (i10 mattress) with split head. There is an additional adjustable head king mattress in the first floor bedroom. The beds are very comfortable pillow tops or luxury memory mattress with wonderful 100% cotton linens! The house has 4 bathrooms, two have Steam Showers plus large soaking tubs and the other two bathrooms are walk in showers.

You have the option to use the Brand New Custom Gem 6 seater LSV Golf Cart. You will have access to at least 5 adult bikes, plus 1 Adult Trike plus a Kid Trailer to pull behind a bike. There are 2-20” Kids bikes. The Trike, kid bikes and the Kid Trailer are not normal items included in Watercolor Rentals and we cannot guarantee their availability as if damage has happened to them it might take a little more time to repair or replace. But, we will do our best to have them ready for you!

After renting homes in Watercolor for 14 years, we finally found the perfect home for us. We are working diligently to insure it has all the things we love, but rarely find in a vacation rental. I love walking into a Watercolor rentals and thinking "Wow"... But, then the next day I am wishing for "More". We understand what makes a vacation home truly enjoyable and we think you will find everything you could need in our home. If there is something you need…please don’t hesitate to let us know!

These are a few things you will find in this home that I would love to see in every vacation home...

1. Very well stocked kitchen, plus a walk in pantry. The extras will be large stockpots for those shrimp boils, Bread Machine, Instapot, Crock Pot, Ninja Blender, Waffle Maker, Electric Knife, Rice Cooker, Double Air Fryer, Hand mixer, Vitamix Inversion Blender, Cocktail Mixer Set, Insta-read Thermometers, Placemats and Cloth Napkins, Seafood Tools, "Sonic" Nugget Ice Machine (Laundry Room) and a variety of coffee makers...Keurig, Nespresso and Regular.
2. Ice Mule backpack coolers
3. Guest Bathroom Amenities are Full Size and are yours to take if you want.
4. Plenty of bathroom towels...plus AQUIS HAIR TOWELS
5. Kids table and chairs plus kid sized tableware
6. Smart TV's (Most will be connected to cable, but a couple will be stream only with lots of installed Apps for your use.)
7. Charging Stations in every bedroom.
8. Sound Machines in every bedroom.
9. Lighted 10x magnifying mirrors in each bathroom.
10. Baby gates, small crib (with linens) and high chair…plus a Baby Amenities travel kit.
11. Great Quality (Charmin, etc) Paper Goods. We are happy to replenish these if needed.
12. Extra backpack beach chairs and Beach toys/Beach Cart/Boogie Boards

Home has a Doorbell camera to monitor deliveries, one exterior camera to monitor bikes/cart and housekeeping departures to allow the opportunity for early check ins. NO interior spaces can be seen.

The owners block fall/winter for their personal use, but there will be times it can be reserved. If you are interested in any dates that are blocked please send an inquiry.

This is a wonderful property. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach club. The house is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and and has almost everything you could need. The owner and house manager are extremely nice, communicative and took care of all our needs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and definitely recommend!

Great Family Trip to Maui

The condo was great and working with the owner and manager was a breeze. Great Mountain View’s, great location, comfortable beds, very easy to get to the pools and beach as well as the on site restaurant, Dukes. Great week stay with the family! The unit is very well stocked and clean. The unit has beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers for lovely days at the beach. Kids enjoyed the pools/hot tubs. Communication with manager was great, check in a breeze, and we appreciated the $25 gift card to Dukes (get the hula pie).

My family of 5 stayed in this condo over Spring Break 2019 and absolutely loved it. The condo is spacious, clean and has everything you need. Great Corner Unit at Honua Kai

We had a great time at the Honua Kai resort. Great location on the beach and so close to Duke's! The corner unit was very nice with the large windows and view of the mountains. The only issue we had was a slight urine smell in one of the bedrooms which we believe was probably due to the previous family that stayed in this unit, but the owner got someone over right away to get the smell out of the bedroom. We would definitely stay there again.

Many positives about this condo - - exceptionally clean and well maintained - owner and local manager were very responsive and accommodating - well stocked kitchen made eating in easy and a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, towels and more so you don't need to rent these items - great location on the beach and close to restaurants, shopping, other beaches and 2 grocery stores - nice pool and pool deck with shared grilles - plenty of underground parking - nice sized lanai with dining table - restaurant and snack shop on site

Home away from home

We just finished a wonderful week in Watercolor. This was our second stay at this beautiful home and we loved every minute of it. We had 7 adults and 2 children staying in the house. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house is located steps from the Watercolor Club and beach, as well as restaurants. The kitchen has everything you could need and more. This is truly a fantastic home.

This property is perfect for families traveling with children. It was very clean and put together. The closet is full of great pool toys, and beach chairs. It was very stress free! Having access to a washing machine and dryer was a great bonus. Property manager was very easily accessible when we had an issue with the air conditioner. Highly recommend!

Island View has never been better

This unit has everything you want in a vacation home - CLEAN, comfy beds, stocked kitchen, amazing views of the island from all rooms and even an ocean view to the north from the living room. They have a beach bag, chairs, and sand toys. The location on the 9th floor is quiet, peaceful and beautiful. A bit windy some days on the lanai, but it wasn't a big issue. Owner was 5 * all around. Can't wait to return!

We took a family trip to Maui and really enjoyed our stay at Honua Kai. The room was clean and well kept. There was construction going on but did not bother us. The room has beach chairs, towels and a cooler which was great for our days exploring beaches. We spent time at the pool every day. The slide was a big hit with them. We ate at Duke’s restaurant several times. It has great food and so convenient after a long day of sand and sun. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would stay again and hope to soon.

Holidays at Honua Kai

Great experience. Everything went smoothly, aside from iron apparently breaking during stay prior to ours and not being replaced before we left, and some construction in the building - down the hall and the floor above. We spent little time in the unit, and were only disturbed by the construction above for a brief time one day. We did receive a larger gift card for Duke’s (restaurant on property) instead of the customary one, due to the construction. Terrific location on west coast. Short drive up to Kapalua and short drive down town in Lahaina. Would def stay again.

Wonderful COVID Thanksgiving stay!

We rented this property for a week during Thanksgiving 2020. I was nervous taking my four kids ages 6 to 17 to Hawaii for the first time and during Corona but it all turned out better than I had hoped! This unit has everything you can think of that you could possibly need and then some. Communication with the managers and owners was very prompt and helpful. I learned that it is still possible to travel to Hawaii even with all of the Coronavirus restrictions and have a wonderful time. Travelers just have to do your homework and get the testing done and it is so worth it! Having kids, it was so nice to have 3 TVs and felt luxurious. Very nice of the owner to leave us a gift card to Dukes. We loved the views off the deck and the fully stocked kitchen.

Immaculate and better than depicted

Easily one of the best and most organized rental homes. Our family spent Spring Break in this home and it was first class from top to bottom. Communication with the host and their manager was excellent. The home is stocked with items you would never expect to see in a rental home. The host has thought of everything. My wife is OCD and she was shocked at how well thought out and organized the home was for tenants. The proximity to Watercolor amenities is critical. We could walk to everything, which during high season is important. Parking at Watercolor can be challenging. This location removes wasted time looking for parking. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

We have stayed in many beach homes and this was one of the best! My grandkids loved the bunk rooms and all of the bedrooms are very comfortable. The owner has stocked the home with so many things that you don’t normally find in a rental. Location to the beach and the beach club are so close and use of the low speed vehicle was so fun. We spent two days at Camp Watercolor which is great for big and little kids. We will definitely be back!

EASTER BREAK 2022 - FUNTABULOUS VACAY!!!

This property was a breath of fresh air as soon as we entered the door. Beautiful, clean, and picture perfect! The home had everything a family can imagine and made our week stay a breeze. Our family loves to cook/grill at home, and we were able to prepare our fav gourmet meals just as we do when we are home. We were able to walk to the Beach Club with ease each day, as this home is just a few doors down from the Beach Club entrance. The master suite was perfect for me and my hubby, and allowed us our quiet time when we wanted a break from our kiddos. LOL! The first floor was the perfect set up for gramma and our housekeeper/nanny. And our kiddos were perfectly arranged on the second floor. Thank you again for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful beach home!!!
