“Worth the Wait” is located in the heart of Watercolor, just steps away from the bike path and walking access between Watercolor and Seaside. The best of both worlds.

The house has been newly decorated and furnished - make this comfortable and chic house your home away from home for the week. The welcoming screened porch is the perfect place to gather or to take an afternoon nap!
The space
Plush living room furniture, chic decor, and a fireplace setting that is perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Dining room off of the front porch and backing up to the kitchen which is well stocked and ready for a meal in or out at anytime.
The beautiful master bedroom is located on the first floor with a wonderful king size bed that will make anyone feel like a queen or king. Master bath is equipped with a stand up shower and large garden tub.
The chic twin bedroom is also located on the first floor adorned with beaded touch lamp sconces for fun and convenience.
There is a queen bedroom en-suite located on the second floor.
Another king bedroom en-suite is also located on the second floor. Both bedrooms have their own access to a wonderful screened-in balcony porch complete with a sofa and table and chairs. Perfect for reading that good beach read.

A carriage house is part of this rental and can be as private as your desire, it has an entrance from the main house directly through the screened balcony porch and its own separate entrance at the rear of the home. It will become your Happy Place as well:) The open floor plan has a living area with a sectional sofa and sleeper sofa and full kitchen complete with an aqua refrigerator and vintage farmhouse sink that will make you swoon. Separate bedroom with king size bed and bathroom with tub and shower. It also has its own washer and dryer.

Worth the Wait sleeps a maximum of 12 guests. The home comes with guest amenity bands to access all things Watercolor and must be worn at all times for all guests 5 and up. These give you access to Watercolor Beach Club, Watercolor Beach, Camp Watercolor and all neighborhood pools.
The rental comes with 3 parking spaces. If an LSV is rented it must be parked on the property in a parking space.
Watercolor is a family friendly and welcoming community. You will receive a welcome video introducing you to Watercolor policies intended to make for a pleasant stay for all.

Must Rent Saturday to Saturday with 7 night minimum from June-Aug

Family spring break March 2023

I can't believe I forgot to leave a review immediately upon our return! I have been remiss because this property was exactly what we were looking for when planning our spring break this year. We were traveling with my in-laws who loved the fact that the master suite was on the main which was essential for my father-in-law who is not great with stairs at this point. We also had our 5 yr old twins who shared the perfect cozy first floor 2 single beds guest room. Upstairs in the queen bed ensuite room and the king bed ensuite were my oldest and youngest and then my husband and I were in the carriage house master suite with its own kitchen and living area which connected via the porches upstairs back into the main house for easy access to the children and the main house. The location was exactly what we were looking for in Watercolor. It is walking distance to Seaside and equidistant between the watercolor beach club and the big watercolor kids pool area. We can't wait to revisit both Watercolor and hopefully this house. The kitchen has what you need to make meals, there is a grill outside to use, and the front porch is so welcoming and filled with comfortable furniture to lounge on all day. Such a great property and the owner is extremely responsive and such a pleasure to work with. Recommend 10 out of 10, 5 stars for sure!
