Very nice and clean property that had everything we needed.
The property is freshly renovated and very clean. It is very well equipped, so that we could find everything we needed to prepare a breakfast and have a relaxing morning coffee by the canal. Sombrero beach is within range for a walk, and everything else is just a short drive away.

Ready to go back!
Everything inside this property was brand new and the location was perfect! We could travel to Publix or Winn Dixie without getting in traffic and the views were great… even saw a manatee! Joe was only a phone call or text away and was very friendly. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Great spot in the Keys
The house was lovely. Perfect for us. SUPER CLEAN and new! The owners have great taste in decorating. Quiet neighborhood, nice walk to Sombrero beach. Publix up the road. Nice outside sitting area. If you have a boat quick access to ocean. We enjoyed our stay!! Thanks!

The perfect getaway!
Where to begin. Clean, clean, and clean. My wife and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and we were looking for getaway with no drama or hassles. This place was perfect. The location in the keys was great because it was centrally located to the rest of the keys and activities we wanted to take advantage of.The kayaks were a huge bonus. You can drop the kayaks into the water from the back patio and off you go, or if you plan ahead and rent a big enough vehicle you can kayak at other locations.We cooked in the kitchen about 3-4 times. Everything we needed to cook a nice meal was there.The bathrooms are very clean and modern.I felt very much at home. I never once felt uncomfortable by anything in the house.The best part of this trip was how easy it was to work with Joe. After we departed I had to call Joe to ask some questions. You are not going to find a better person to rent a place from than Joe. Solid American! Thank Joe!We will be back and if we stay in Marathon we will stay here.

Amazing Stay!
This house is an amazing home! It’s on a canal so you have waterfront right out your back door. The outdoor space is perfect with lounge chairs covered outdoor eating area under a Tiki Hut and TV. It’s turnkey- the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Great beds! Very clean. It’s located on a quiet street in a great neighborhood just minutes from everything - restaurants, grocery, beaches, and state parks. The host was very helpful, accommodating, and super nice. We will definitely return to Marathon and rent this house again.

Superb quiet canalside house for 2 or 2+1
Absolutely perfect quiet and isolated bungalow for a couple or a couple and one other. It’s on a one sided short street with only 8-10 houses, little to no traffic.
It’s a mile from Sombrero Beach and a mile from Publix. You can live your day without having to go onto the highway which is a nice convenience.
Immaculately clean and comfortable beds, good powerful air conditioning and a well equipped kitchen. The back patio on the canal has a nice shady tiki hut and plenty of good seating and chaise lounges.
It’s also nicely set up for a 25-30’ boat or boat rental, well buffered seawall and long arms to hold the far side off the sea wall. Kayak the channel first as it’s tricky at low tide.
I also should mention two nice sit upon kayaks for your use.
Joe was great as a host, worked with us so we could use his cleaners half way through our stay as well as helpin us with a variety of minor requests.

Great vacation rental
Pictures were 100% accurate. Very clean & inviting. Well stocked with everything needed. Incredible backyard! We spent much of our time under the tiki hut enjoying the beautiful views. Would definitely book again!!
