Perfect for a beach getaway, this property offers a relaxing retreat for the entire family with its large front and back yards, private swimming pool, and outdoor kitchen. Living Area:
Spacious living room with two cozy couches, a flat-screen TV, and panoramic doors that open up to the large screened porch overlooking the golf course. Enjoy a movie night with the family or mix up your favorite cocktail at the nearby dry bar.

Kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a wine cooler, stand-alone ice maker, and a large island with an additional sink. Plenty of room for all the chefs in the family to prepare delicious meals.

Outdoor Space:
Large screened-in porch perfect for watching movies under the stars or observing golfers on the course. Descend the porch steps to the private swimming pool with lounging seats and an outdoor kitchen area, including a gas grill, island, and an outdoor television for watching sports games or enjoying a cocktail.

Bedroom 1: The primary bedroom downstairs features a king bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with dual vanity sinks and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: Located upstairs, this bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and an en-suite bathroom for privacy and convenience.
Bedroom 3: Also upstairs, this room is furnished with two twin beds and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the open area.

Very nice house! Would stay again. Overall the house felt clean enough but could definitely use a deep cleaning. The pool was very nice. We didn’t use the screened in porch. The door going to the porch was difficult to use because it needs some adjustment and the floor in the porch was very dirty and needs to be painted. We did find 2 dead roaches in the master bath but I don’t think that’s unusual for the area.

First off, this is a beautiful home in a neighborhood FULL of beautiful homes. With some TLC and some attention to details...it could be BEYOND. There was a feeling of uncleanliness due to stains all over the kitchen rug, the rug on the screened in patio and all over the furniture in the family/living room and outdoor screened in area. To the point where it almost felt a little gross to sit on it. The kitchen table had one of the chair spindles sitting on top of it when we arrived. Also, received an email prior to arrival that there would be no kitchen towels or beach towels. NO KITCHEN TOWELS? What? Also, the dishwasher lost power so I reached out thru the VRBO app to let the host know. 12 hours later we heard back that we needed to flip a switch next to the sink to turn on power to the disposal and dishwasher. Why isn't that switch labeled? I was told prior to arrival AND after dishwasher debacle that they could accommodate a late checkout of 12pm (there was almost two days between us checking out and the next guest checking in). Then suddenly I'm told that they got a last minute reservation and couldn't. Now maybe it was the next guest coming in early, but a two hour extension on checkout shouldn't be unreasonable. Now, I will say, the beds, bathrooms and floors were clean. But they need to replace rugs and covers on furniture and stock the home a little better. Those improvements would've make this a five star review.
