On a quiet street in the heart of quiescent Wild Dunes, Oyster Row 19 makes the perfect peaceful getaway. Located only two blocks from the Ocean, Oyster Row 19 is perfectly positioned to capture gorgeous views of a lake that frames the second hole of the Wild Dunes Harbor Golf Course. A small island is located in the middle of this lake and just across from the house. This island is a wonder of nature, as most evenings it calls to dozens of majestic white cranes that find it a sanctuary through the night. A small dock, beautiful yard and huge screen porch provide able space to view the mysteries of nature, or the exciting golf play that is occurring on the opposite bank. The vista offers amazing sunsets from the lush backyard.

Oyster Row 19 has recently been renovated and is beautifully furnished featuring three bedrooms and three full baths in an open airy floor plan. A vaulted ceiling, tall windows and huge glass door allow the Carolina sun and ancient oaks to accent the living space that features all new furnishings and a large flat screen television. The kitchen is highlighted with all new appliances, custom cabinetry, granite countertops and opens to the living area. Each bedroom offers a peaceful night with style and comfort. The master bedroom features a king bed and a newly renovated bathroom. Two queen beds are featured in the guest bedroom, and also feature a newly renovated private bathroom. Finally, the kid’s room is highlighted with two twin beds, and a bathroom that has direct access from both the hall and bedroom. The screen porch that runs half the length of the home has a comfortable outdoor seating area, plus it offers space for the entire family to dine outside. A new gas grilling station is perfect and is located on the back deck overlooking the lake and golf course.

Positioned in quiet residential area of Wild Dunes, the hustle and bustle of the shops and restaurants are only a short bike ride away from Oyster Row 19. Best yet, Oyster Row 19 is only 35 minutes from Historic Charleston!

- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- This property does not have access to a pool.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
