It's exceptionally rare to find a home large enough to host 12 in Cape Charles, especially with a brand new kitchen and bathrooms! New for Spring 2024: An available brand new 6 person golf cart!

This 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath has it all: 8 beds, 1 block to coffee, 2 blocks to main street, 3 blocks to the park, 5 blocks to the beach, off-street parking, outdoor shower, and a Blackstone Grill.

Our family just purchased this home! It is brand newly furnished in delicate blues & woven rattan with soft pink highlights, accentuating it's French Victoria history.

Our home is located in downtown historic Cape Charles. The town is exceedingly quintessential Americana with weekly concerts at the band stand, an Independence Day golf cart parade, a Christmas grand illumination and picturesque quartz sand beaches. Whether you're looking for fine food, local brewery/distillery, a historic theatre or a rustic dock bar, Cape Charles has it all.

Our home showcases the gorgeous thick molding and historic details of a Victorian beach home while bringing modern comforts to the forefront. All 3 bathrooms and the kitchen were renovated in 2022.

The front porch has comfortable wicker furniture that is perfect for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. The living room has a large sectional, comfortable throw pillows and additional seating with a tv.

The renovated, open kitchen is perfect for several families and includes seating at the counter, two dining room tables, and a kitchenette all in one cohesive space. The kitchen/dining room can seat 20 guests and is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain.

The powder room and laundry facilities are off of the kitchen as well as a back staircase leading upstairs into a guest suite with a king bed and sitting area. There is a full bathroom down a private hallway on the first floor. The first floor bedroom includes a queen size murphy bed, large tv, table and chairs.

The second floor of the house has 3 bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds. One full bathroom and a private office space are also on this level.

The backyard includes an outdoor shower (stocked with toiletries), a Blackstone Grill, a dining table and chairs, and a firepit.

Family Beach Week

The house was clearly designed with large families in mind, we stayed with my in-laws, brother and sister in-law, my nephews, husband and two children. So 6 adults and 4 kids age range 2.5-7. Cape Charles is perfect for little kids and that was apparent at the beach. Golf cart made it so easy to get around and location was wonderful. The hosts were attentive and we loved our week!

Very nice updated house with great access to shops, restaurants & beach

This house was bright & clean with a new, beautiful, and spacious kitchen plus plenty of bedrooms throughout. The owners put a lot of care into updating the house while keeping a lot of the charm of the original structure. Great amenities like large outdoor shower and gazebo, 6-person golf cart, and a great front porch. Our family of 9 had plenty of space and we had a wonderful time at the house. Will definitely look into booking again next time we're in town.
