Start your mountain getaway with this stylish vacation rental! This modern 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is ideally located in walking distance from Beech Mountain Ski resort. Stay nearby hiking & biking trails, wineries, breweries and many other local attractions just moments away.

The space
Our newly renovated one bedroom condo is nice and spacious! Wake up to the beauty of NC mountains and enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony while watching the gorgeous mountain sunrise!
Our main bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and our living room sleeper sectional offers a full size bed for some additional sleeping space. In addition to this, the chair in the living room folds out into a futon to accommodate another person.

Guest access
Holiday Beech villas is located right near the Beech Mountain ski resort. Once you pass the resort entrance, the condos will be on your left. If you are coming during winter months, you must have 4x4 or AWD as the driveway to the parking inclines. We don’t have assigned parking spaces, you can park anywhere near the condo. In case of the parking overflow, please park by the guest house. To get to the guest house, make a sharp left as you exit the parking lot on the Village rd. The club house will be on your right.

Please note that for security reasons we have a ring door bell by the front door.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Holiday Hideaway doesn't disappoint

This property is beautifully updated and has all the comforts necessary for a great vacation. The bed was very comfortable as was the den for evening rest while watching tv. Loved the views off the balcony too. Great location to Beech Ski Mountain and easy in and out parking as well.

Cozy for a quick stay

We needed a quick place to stay for a wedding and brought our small dog. The place was very cozy and up to date inside. The coffee shop right next door was wonderful as well. We also saw some bears one night around in the parking lot, but seemed skittish. Overall, nice little ski hideaway tucked in the mountains!

Mountain bike getaway

We came up for the weekend to bike at Beech, couldn’t ask for a more convenient location and loved that it was pet friendly! Bed was very comfortable, and we really appreciated the coffee pods and breakfast bars. Nice private back patio with view of the mountain. Would definitely stay again.

This place is a little diamond in the rough. The inside is beautiful and just what we needed for our trip to Land of Oz. FYI for anyone that plans your Oz trip and stays here, you just walk across the street and across the lot. This was perfect. If it is ski season, same thing just a few steps away. I will for sure be back next season!

Unit Needs Attention

No HVAC in unit. They had obsoleting fans going but it was humid and there was no cross ventilation or breeze. The unit backs up to a busy street so keeping the doors open you had absolutely no peace and quiet with the constant trucks and cars driving by all day and night. The patio carpet was soaked and completely mildewed so sitting outside was not an option as I was disgusted to walk on. Building is old and wood outside is all rotten and molded. There's also a lot of tripping hazards to get to the unit. MBR TV was not working, and owner didn't send someone out to fix or replace. Owner was quick to respond except when I asked for a break in price due to no air conditioning, he went silent on me and VRBO customer service. Lists washer but washer is not in unit. it's down the street out of the complex. MB sink clogged and you had to wait for it to drain in order to rinse your mouth after brushing your teeth.
