This uniquely built 3-story townhouse will enlighten those curiosity buds! Constructed in the 70s and then recently refurbished inside, you’ll wonder what went where, “back then”, as do we! The first floor features brick floors throughout with a cozy sectional couch gathered around a large smart TV, a double-seater counter bar, full kitchen and dining area for four guests, and a half bath. Head upstairs to the second level for a queen sized master bedroom with attached private balcony, a separate reading book, and full bathroom. Up to the third floor you’ll find a lofted junior suite with a twin over full bunk bed. The downstairs patio/entrance is furnished with a dining set, sunbrella, and propane grill. In a closet of its own you’ll find a washing machine & dryer available to our guests at no extra cost.

Guests have access to the entire unit except the owners closet. The breaker box/water heater is located in this closet, and access will only be given on an emergency basis. You’ll have access to the rest of the home :)

Beach access is a short 5-7 minute walk. You cannot see the beach from the townhouse, but can occasionally hear the waves on a quiet evening. The Myrtle Beach International Airport is one mile away, and the townhouse is situated between Business 17 and Ocean Blvd. The unit is within walking distance to Cancun Lagoon miniature putt putt and Angus Steakhouse. McDonald’s and Walmart Neighborhood Market are only a few blocks away.
