Nice beach vacation

Our family and our pup enjoyed our stay here so much. It was clean, close to the beach and dog friendly. We had a lot of fun and we definitely recommend it to others with kids and pups.

Quiet beach getaway

Great condo with nice view of pool and ocean. Easy access to public beach. Space was a little cramped for 6 adults and our dog but we had FUN! Host was nice and accommodating.

Great location away from noise

The condo was clean and in a great location (away from large crowds and quiet). The condo could use some updating but it worked just fine for my family and pet. We enjoyed our stay and loved the short walk to the beach! Thank you!

Great Easter Break

We had a wonderful long Easter holiday weekend. The accommodations were perfect and the updates are beautiful! Everything was just right for our small family and so appreciative of a fur baby friendly home. The new appliances were sparkling. The floors are absolutely gorgeous. All the beds we’re comfortable. We would most definitely stay here again!

Thank you Gina, for a great review for one of our Beach Park , South Ocean Blvd condos. We feel the best compliment a guest could give us is to mention that they will return!!! Yes, the view is GREAT , 200 ft from beach a full utensiled kitchen, and a beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo. A true "family" vacation since we do permit dogs at our 3 Beach Park Condos 1 mile from Market Commons all stores pet friendly and Barc Park also. Please remember that besides the 3 , two bedroom condos that are pet friendly at Beach Park, We also own 3 more condos along North Ocean Blvd, although not pet friendly they are all ocean front and part of terrific Resorts with great amenities Gina please visit us again soon and thanks Terri and Joseph

Home away from home!!

I will definitely try to book this unit again. The owner Joseph made sure i knew everything that i needed to know from the word go. This condo was exceptionally clean & have all the necessary things you need. All i had to do was grocery shopping. It really felt like a home away from home. Thanks Joseph for everything!

Beachpark at Springmaid Beach

Our family had a great vacation and stay at this property. This condo was in very close proximity to the beach and other locations. Also, it was nice to have a smart tv in two of the main bedrooms and the living room. The only bad thing was climbing the stairs to the third floor, but at least I got my steps in every day easily. The owner was very easy to get a hold of him if I needed to. Thanks again for letting us stay in your condo!

We are happy your time with us was "great" The interesting thing about the steps was the building codes in Myrtle allowed the developers to build up to 3 stories without requiring an elevator, so naturally no builder installed one !! The advantage is allowing dogs since no other guests feel trapped in an elevator or pass up elevators . The main reason other resorts don't allow pets or limit their size to small only... is the elevator factor.

Location Location Location!

The property is as advertised. However, the reason why I would come back is the location. If you stay here your neighbor to the south is Myrtle Beach State Park. When you come out of the condo, it is about 100 yards to the beach and you don't have to cross any streets. When you get to the beach and head south, because it is a state park, there is no development. You're walking in front of sand dunes and forest rather than hotels and highrises. The beach was amazing. I would definitely come back

Very close to the beach and pet friendly. Beware of stairs

Really liked how close the property was to the beach. Seeing that it was a 3rd floor walk up didn’t bother me until I arrived at the property with an SUV laden with luggage, kids and a dog that isn’t a puppy anymore. Stairs are clearly disclosed in the ad, but I under estimated how many times I would need to carry myself and small kids up the stairs. Also forgot that the dog usually goes out to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The beach is so close. A huge plus. The condo is a bit dated with some pet accidents/stains evident on the carpet. Dishwasher didn’t work, but the host was kind enough to provide disposable paper goods so we wouldn’t need to hand wash every dish we used. None of the burners on the stove were attached or working when we arrived, think the cleaning crew had removed them but never re-installed. Linens and rooms were all clean. Instructions were clear, and host communication was as well. None of the negatives impacted our stay, we had a good time, just sharing for the next person.

Thank you Trevor for this 4STAR REVIEW we wish it could be a 5. We do not hide the fact that we are a walk up as shown in our pictures and the first sentence of our site verbiage. Already knowing that you brought lots of stuff, kids and a dog that pee's just like all the other dogs that visit our 2 pet friendly condos. The beach and the view of it are CLOSE !! And we did notice some new stains /accidents after you left, that's what the cleaners under the sink are for. Yes we discovered the dishwasher broken and bought you enough paper goods for your stay since installing a new would have impacted your families good time. We appreciate you mentioning the truly most important thing...linens and rooms were CLEAN. and our communication was swell We deserved a 5

Great Vacation!

First off, communication with owner(s) was great. Answered all my questions. It was exactly what I expected from the photos. The twin bedroom was smaller than expected but that was no issue for our family. Also a plus, our pup loved it. Not in a busy area. Very safe to take your pet out and kids without worrying about heavy traffic. Would definitely recommend. Hope to get the chance to come back!
