Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located 2 bedroom, one bathroom home. Newly remodeled with a brand new bathroom and furnishings. Fully stocked kitchen, lovely front porch and within walking distance of Main Street.

This stylishly designed home is one side of a duplex. With an inviting front porch, you enter the living room, comfortable and brightly lite with plenty of windows that add natural light. There is a 4 chair dining room table with sitting area and gas fireplace. The home has 10 foot ceilings throughout, beautiful original wood floors and fully remodeled bathroom with two sinks. Comfortable queen beds in each bedroom. All furnishings are brand new. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry room.

This place is perfect for summer if you love to fly fish with the Rio Grande River near by or during winter with Wolf Creek ski area just 30 mins away.
