Your quiet oasis awaits!! Enjoy the private backyard with large pool (heat during October-April is an additional charge).

The entire home will be yours including the fenced in backyard with a private swimming pool, BBQ, Fire pit w/ Pergola for shade, grassy play area and covered patio area. This house is a spacious open concept 2200sqft, 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom. Kitchen is equipped with essentials including coffee and tea to get you started. Two office spaces if you need to work while traveling as well. The house has everything you need from bedding to towels, pots and pans/dishes, patio furniture, pool floaties and much more. We hope you enjoy unwinding in the backyard as much as we do.

This house has a ring camera/doorbell at the front door and the house has a keyless entry. The entry code will be provided prior to your arrival. There is a ring security camera covering the backyard as well. There are no interior security cameras to protect your privacy.

**Pool Heat is an additional $50/night cost to cover natural gas expenses and must be paid prior to check-in. If you would like the pool heated during your stay please let us know at least 1 day before you arrive.
We try to maintain a very comfortable 80-84 degrees. Even though the pool is heated automatically, on cold nights the pool can still drop in temperature sometimes into the 70° 's which some can consider cold so the heater will take time to bring it back up to temperature.

~~Indoor Room Descriptions~~
~~BED/BATH~~
This home sleeps up to eight guests between the four bedrooms.
The primary bedroom is appointed with a king bed and SMART TV with the en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity along with a large shower and soaking tub.
The three additional bedrooms contain queen beds. The guest bath has a tub shower combo and the toilet. The vanity is separated by a door for convenience. The half bath is convenient for all guests.

~~GREATROOM~~
The greatroom is equipped with a SMART TV, xbox, and a large sectional. The smart tv has Netflix, hulu, and some free channels. You can bring your own accounts to login or use airplay or smartcast to stream from your smart devices. WiFi is complementary.

~~KITCHEN/DINING~~
Whip up delicious meals in a well-stocked kitchen.
The eat in nook has seating for 4 or 5, additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. You can also enjoy your meal outside at the table or by the firepit. Just remember no glass is allowed outside for safety. We do also have kid friendly plastic dishes. There is limited pantry and refrigerated condiments that you are welcome to use.

~~OUTDOOR AREA~~
Enjoy the sunrise or sunset on the back patio next to or in the large pool. The pool baja step is the perfect spot to sit and unwind from your day. Enjoy a quiet fire in the evenings watching the sunset over the white tank mountains.

By booking this reservation you agree to the additional rules, policies, and terms.

-Quiet hours: 10pm-7am - This is our vacation home and we have great neighbors and would like to keep it that way.
-NO events/NO parties/NO gatherings. Only # of guests on reservation allowed on property. Violations may result in immediate termination of stay.

-Please leave the house as you found it. The cleaners will take care of washing bed linens and towels and unload the dishes etc but ask that you put things back where you found them and respect the property.

-NO pets/animals of any kind are welcome in this home.
-NO diving or jumping in the pool- shallow pool
-Swim at your own risk
-Pool deck is slippery when wet- No running.
-The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
-All guests shall abide by the Cortessa Community good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
-NO smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on or in the premises. This includes vaping, e-cigarettes, CBD, bongs, and marijuana (legal or not).
-NO glass outside for your safety.
-NO commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected.
-Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
-$3000 incident charge for police being called to residence for neighborhood disturbance.

-As Greater Phoenix plays host to 13 major league baseball teams each spring as part of the Cactus League, we are proud to be closest to many of the ballparks to catch the action!

-Surprise ballpark/stadium & Surprise 25 Tennis Courts North 9 miles. Goodyear Ballpark 12 min South. The Camelback Ranch Ballpark in Glendale/Phoenix about 20 minutes East of the home.

-Spring Training sites in West Valley for the Kansas City Royals, L.A. Dodgers, Cleveland Indians, Cincinnati Reds, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners and Chicago White Sox are all within 10-25 minutes drive.
