Great place near Park Circle

The house was very comfortable, clean and a great location. Perfect for our stay outside of Charleston. Really enjoyed the bars and restaurants at Park Circle not to mention being able to walk to the brewery down the street! We will definitely stay again!

Property is as advertised - great job on the remodel and super clean and comfy with a well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Super easy drive to downtown Charleston and all it has to offer.

Charming property in prime park circle

Very impressed with all the added features they had; coffee, creamer, toothbrushes, toothpaste, etc. One of the best stocked places we have stayed at. Great location to the great new park in park circle, restaurants, and more! We walked to Holly City Brewing and it was the perfect distance! Would stay again for sure.

Nice, comfortable and clean

Perfect set up for 2 couples. Location was great for easy access to everything. The house was VERY clean. We extended our stay 1 day at the last minute and host was very accomodating and easy to work with. Only recommendation would be a paved walkway to the driveway so you dont have to walk through grass to get to the car. I would stay here again!

Cute like cottage!

The interior was very clean, light and airy. Updated throughout and tasteful furnishings. All amenities needed were there. Owner was in touch quickly if any problem arose (example: I couldn't figure out how the Nest thermostat worked. It ended up being very easy). Would stay there again for sure!

Would book again…

Upon walking in the house I knew it was going to be a great stay. Everything was clean, organized, homey, and NICE! You can see and feel all the little touches that were put into this space. There isn’t anything you don’t need while you’re here. Short drive to downtown and other great locations. Some even within walking distance. I would definitely recommend and if I’m in the area again would book this same space. Great job!

Great alternative to a hotel

We found this lovely little house in North Charleston one block from our son’s house. The hosts created a beautifully decorated, thoughtfully designed living space that is sparkling clean and well-equipped with everything you need. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. North Charleston is such a fun spot. Awesome restaurants and craft breweries. This house was less expensive and far more comfortable and convenient than a hotel room. We will be back. Thank you Eddie and Gabrielle for being wonderful hosts!

Great place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was close to lots of restaurants and most activities were no more than 15-30 min away. We loved walking down the street to eat and attend a brewery. Eddie and his wife were so kind. The place looks even better in person! Perfect for lounging. They even thought of amenities such as bug spray, laundry pods, etc. We will absolutely stay again! (FYI: There is a neighborhood cat who likes to pop by, so just be aware. Its out of the owners control. But it is friendly if you’re a cat person. If not, it’ll will leave you alone if ignored).

Clean, Safe, and Like Home

When we first walked in we immediately noticed the fresh, sanitize, and clean space. The check-in process was easy however, the process changed and we had to do it again. The revised process was much easier to understand and cost effective. The online description was accurate and but in person it exceeded expectations. The management was always available and anticipated questions at each stage of the stay. The location was very beneficial to our activities to include close vicinity to the airport. The available information provided about the area was very good and well presented. Parking was ample and the neighborhood was safe. If visiting North Charleston again I will use this property.

Relaxing north of Charleston

Small house in quiet neighborhood in North Charleston, some distance from Downtown and the sea but quite close to the airport (no noise problems inside). While outside appears to be waiting on Investment the interior of the house is newly renovated, very well equipped and with lots of interesting design details. Two bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and two baths with excellent showers (I appreciated the non slip floor of the showers) and plenty of hot water. Huge stove and refrigerator, dishwasher and wine refrigerator as well as washing machine and dryer all new and of the highest standard. We did not watch TV. In the back grill and garden furniture, which we did not use due to weather and time constraints. Altogether excellent experience and super value for money.

A diamond in the rough

This property in North Charleston is beautiful. The entire park circle area is a diamond in the rough. Super close to bars, 20 mins to down town, close to grocery stores, good distance to the beach, close to a plethora of restaurants, and 10 minutes to the airport. Park circle is in an up and coming neighborhood so some places can be pretty rough but Eddie’s house is on a nice quiet street. The home had everything we needed for our stay and more. This home is beautiful and Eddie was a fantastic host. He left a welcome booklet that I found to be so helpful. With suggestions on where to sightsee, eat, drink, etc. Eddie really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I brought my 18 month old son with me on this trip and while I had a great stay I probably would not bring my toddler here again. At no fault to Eddie I just don’t think the environment fits the small child friendly criteria. There are beautiful hardwood floors, glass tables, smart laundry, and stove, which are all fantastic for adults. Eddie was extremely responsive and a wonderful host! Thanks for having us :)

Had a great time staying at Bexley Place, Beautiful home, very clean and comfortable. Nice coffee and tea bar. Property is as advertised. Host was very nice to work with. One of the nicest places we have stayed in. Location was good. Nice brewery within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.
