Perfect space to relax with friends!
Enjoy the screened in porch with a cup of coffee and watch the geese and ducks.
Take a nap in the hammock and don’t worry about mosquitos.
Fish directly from the bank in the backyard (shallow water).
Enjoy outdoor movie night.
Fenced-in front yard (dogs or cats allowed with deposit and prior approval)
~1mile to private boat ramp into the Lake of the Ozarks.
10 min drive into downtown Warsaw or Wal-Mart for necessities.
Wi-Fi available
Mostly accessible (standard toilet and small standing shower), slight slope to lake in back.

1 queen bed, 1 full bed, a set of twin bunk beds, a couch that pulls out into full bed, and another couch.

Last fall we had the lake dreged and the backyard is still full of loose dirt/mud so while you can get to the lake and fish directly out of the backyard it's not a pretty field of grass for firepit, etc.

The back screened in porch was just amazing! So peaceful and relaxing with the hammock and beautiful view of the water. Felt like we were really at Grandmas house for sure!

Great quiet place by the lake. Loved the fenced front yard for the dog. Great fishing. Town nearby was amazing, waterfront area is super fun.

There was some nice added touches as far as items in the fridge and pantry. We didn't have to buy sugar or creamer for coffee. There was also some dog treats for the hound...nice touch. The lake was great for fishing (poles and lures provided) but kinda yuck for swimming. I would look forward to the addition of a dock that was mentioned in the welcome package,

This location was amazing! It was beautiful the host stayed in contact and even gave suggestions of what to do. This is the perfect spot!

This a great house to stay with a dog! Fenced front yard plus food and water bowls provided. A lot of other items were available too for the humans. Great enclosed back deck with hammock, projector and more.

Excellent home

The stay was great. We enjoyed the screeed in porch and fenced yard for our dogs. Working with Cindy was great very helpful and I enjoyed our visit. I highly recommend this home.

Relaxing stay in the Fall

We had a pleasant stay in the home. Beautiful area with lots of trees and many birds. The home had many helpful amenities, reading on the porch was perfect. We ventured out in the area to the lovely town and surrounding lakes. Great location. Cindy was very helpful and shared activities going on while we were there. Thank you for a great time in the area!

Wonderful girls weekend

4 of us enjoyed exploring the small towns in the area and hanging out on the screened porch. The cabin was just the right size. Everything was clean and well stocked, beds comfortable. Cindy was very responsive, kept us updated. We really appreciated the notes about local restaurants!

Relaxing on the porch.

Thank you for accommodating us and our dogs. The fenced yard made us so easy to let them out in a safe manner. We spent a lot of time on the huge screened in porch! Relaxing and calm.

We had a relaxing week sitting on the screened-in back porch, watching the wildlife and the lake. We fished at Drake Harbor. We ate at almost all of the local restaurants. Location is remote and quiet but near Warsaw, restaurants, and Truman Dam. We wanted to leave the chaos of the city behind, and this home gave us peace and quiet and more. The front fenced yard was perfect for our two small dogs.

An older well established neighborhood. The home had some newer upgrades but the charm was the fact it is an older home.

Lake House

A beautiful view of the lake from the large screened in deck. Very close to all services. It is well maintained and well stocked. It has a fenced in front yard that our dog loved. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi and all amenities. We have stayed in many VRBO properties and this is one of our favorites!
