Thank you, Corey, for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the concerns you experienced during your stay. Your comfort is important to us, and I appreciate you bringing these matters to my attention. As our listing states, we supply starter items for all paper goods not for a whole stay. In the confirmation letter, guests are informed that a $500 hold, NOT a charge, is placed at checkout and is automatically released 5 days later, barring any damage to the unit. We are committed to improving and ensuring a better experience for our guests in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
We loved the location, the condo, and the parking. The condo was very clean, and the management was very helpful.
Thank you for a great stay, and if our daughter goes to college in Charleston, we will be back.
Great rental for a couples getaway to Charleston. Clean, comfortable accommodations for two, short walk to King St., and a short drive to other area main attractions. On-site parking, heated pool and well kept grounds. Would definitely recommend this location!
We loved the apartment! It was clean, had all we needed, and the bed was so comfortable!!! Along with that, the hosts were very responsive, and even gave us a late checkout. We found several restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood that we enjoyed.
Enjoyed our stay!! We took a Carriage ride and Harbor tour. We also went to The Cathedral of St. John the Baptist. Beautiful and stunning Architectural Cathedral. A house of prayer for all people.
This home is located in a great spot! Really convenient to walking all over Charleston. Really clean inside and some nice features that make it a perfect place to unwind after a long day of being out and about. If it had a walk in shower might stay forever. lol. Would for sure stay here again in the future!
We had a wonderful stay place was very functional. Everything worked nicely very clean centrally located.I would recommend they upgrade the shower. The pressure was way too low and it was rattling.
The unit is part of a multi-unit house, that shares amenities with another similar multi-unit house separated by a driveway. The unit was clean and well maintained, and offered off-street parking.
Unit was very clean, pool was a nice break from the King St crowds. and there was wonderful communication with management company. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is the walls are extremely thin- you could hear the most casual conversations from the units next door and above. If that wouldnt bother you, then this is the unit for you!
Almost no sleep first night due to extremely loud neighbors who kept my up past 3:30 am. For my son’s wedding in Friday afternoon/evening I was wiped out.
This was a lovely unit, within walking distance of great restaurants and bars and all that Charleston has to offer. The place is clean, has a comfortable bed, and is easy to access. The only thing was that there's little to no insulation between the downstairs unit and the upstairs unit, so if you're a light sleeper, this may not be a good choice for you—especially if you're like us and had a group partying upstairs until the wee hours. Overall, though, very nice, and when we asked the managers to take care of the noise, they responded promptly.
This was our first time in Charleston. The location was perfect. Minutes from King st, and just a short drive to folly beach or Mt Pleasant. We loved the quaint, cozy feel of the house. We also loved having the pool that only was shared by a few other guests. It give it a 10 out of 10!
