This large home was constructed in 2009. It is a decorator furnished, pool home and considered top of the line in vacation rental homes. With approximately 3200 square feet of conditioned space and over 2000 square feet of covered balconies, poolside dining and lounging areas, there is plenty of room for a family to spread out and relax in this Florida lifestyle home.

Soak in the sparkling pool after a day at the beach and then gather for dinner at the table for eight in the dining room, or, if you prefer, outdoors on the balcony amid the sea breezes, or down by the heated pool.

We also added a Tesla car charger for electric vehicles to save you on gas and are offering 1-2 golf carts for rent located on premise for rental (4 seater or a 6 seater with doors).

All in all, a perfect vacation paradise.

It is a great house and a perfect location. Great communication. Just needs some updates/repairs (could use some painting, steps down to the pool need repaired, furniture in ping-pong table area, etc.). The house has lots of great space and extra amenities!

Although the house is absolutely beautiful, we found several things that were surprisingly less than adequate. The house is on a busy main street corner which really surprised us. The floors were dirty. One of the bathroom lights did not work, and although we reported it to the owner and never got fixed. One of the bathroom sinks did not work and a plumber did come and fix that on day three the outdoor staircase going down to the lovely pool was rotting and dangerous and unfortunately, we had to discover it ourselves -when we told the owner, he said that it was supposed to be fixed. The pool area was in disarray with sand and debris all around. In the upstairs bedroom the patio door did not lock and 3 said do not open. All the door knobs were difficult at best and dysfunctional for some. For the price we paid, I would have expected much better than this. The guidebook needs some thinning and updates as there were multiple versions of info sheets with no dates and some things different.

1 min to beach, lots of room for large group, responsive owner. All round great stay in a high end house. There is some road noise but didnt really effect the stay and proximity to beach and Pine well worth it

A walk to the beach

Beautiful spacious house and the perfect pool. Loved Anna Maria and we were just a brief walk from the beach and sunset and many wonderful restaurants. Great host as well. Hope to be back..Highly recommend.

Our family has been vacationing in and around Anna Maria for over 30 years. In 2012 we decided to buy this beautiful house to have a home away from home.

My wife and I have 3 children. We are from Michigan and as you could imagine, love to escape from the long, cold winters. Anna Maria is the perfect spot to enjoy gorgeous weather, partake in many activities and enjoy the white sand of the Gulf.

Why they chose this property

Anna Maria Island offers one of the best beaches in the US. It is quaint and comfortable. There is something for everyone.

What makes this property unique

Walking distance to the bear and restaurants. We offer golf carts for rent and are located close the free island trolley.
