この大きな家は2009年に建設されました。 家具付きの家具付きの装飾品で、休暇用の賃貸住宅の一番上にあると考えられています。 約3200平方フィートの空調スペースと2000平方フィートの覆われたバルコニー、プールサイドのダイニングとラウンジエリア、このフロリダのライフスタイルの家で家族が広がり、リラックスするのに十分なスペースがあります。

ビーチで1日を過ごした後は、輝くプールに浸かり、ダイニングルームで8名用のテーブルで夕食を召し上がってください。海風の中でバルコニーで屋外で過ごすこともできます。

Pet-friendly, spacious, clean, with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Beds were all very comfortable. Outdoor living patios and pool area were relaxing and fenced in perfectly for pets. One block from the beautiful beach. Wonderful family vacation! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location, short walk to the beach. Pool was a bonus. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Can use some minor upgrades - ceiling fans, light bulbs, smart tvs.

Gathering of old friends

Well, the weather did not cooperate at all, but we enjoyed the house immensely and had a great time with each other visiting and all that wonderful space and large kitchen. Walking distance to beach and town was a plus.

Beautiful Home / Great Location

This well-appointed and spacious home, with multiple seating areas for games and conversations, was a perfect get-a-way for our girlfriends' beach trip and it was enjoyed by all. The golf cart rentals were an additional bonus in making wonderful memories and laughs that we'll never forget, and I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Girls Weekend Trip

My wife and her friends stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Property was just as advertised. Close to the beach, (one block walk) the pool was great, they ended up lounging there the first day. Owner was a pleasure to talk to and answered all the girls calls when they called with questions. He also had some pretty awesome golf cart available for rent that the girls took advantage of. The only issues was a wood set of steps that was in need of some repair, which the owner told them he was in the process of taking care of in the future, and the usual dead batteries in the remotes and smoke detectors, which we have had on many other properties we have stayed at, this is a very good beach property and we would definitely stay here agian.

Our Vacation at Anna Marie Island

The house was beautiful and hax plenty of room for our family trip. There were seven of us.It was beautifully decorated, good size rooms and a block to the beach. It is also close to restaurants, shopping , and other fun things to fo. We lioved the house snd cant wait to vacation there again! The owner of the property was excellemt to work with..

Anna Maria Island Trip

The house was a large home and great for a family. There was a small heated pool that was perfect for the kids. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. We very much enjoyed this location and home.

AMAZING BEACH HOUSE

This home was incredible. Walking distance to the beach (100 yards maybe)! The images don't do this place justice. It was super clean. The pool was amazing. There are multiple balconies at this home. The kitchen appliances work well. The list goes on and on. The master suite is incredible. It has it's own level...has a bathroom, and a balcony. Each room was great sized as well. Beds are super comfy. I truly can't say enough about this home. I'm a host myself, and I have stayed in many short term rentals... this one is at the top of my list!

Excellent house for large group

1 min to beach, lots of room for large group, responsive owner. All round great stay in a high end house. There is some road noise but didnt really effect the stay and proximity to beach and Pine well worth it

Multi-generational family trip

This home was perfect for our family trip. It has two king suites plus a queen bedroom and another with bunk beds. The pool was kept at a perfect 85 degrees. The location cannot be beat, one block to the white sand beach and just a few blocks to restaurants and shops. There is some road noise when you are sitting outside, but it wasn’t too bad. We loved it here and would definitely recommend it to others.

This house was perfect

This house was beautiful and spacious and comfortably fit 9 of us. It’s just across the street, and a very short walk to the beautiful beach. The pool and lounge area was awesome for hanging out. Make sure to take the Monkey Bus if you go out anywhere as it was a great time! The host, Patrick, was great and very responsive. I highly recommend this home!

Awesome!

We had such a great time at this amazing house. Loved the location, right across from the beach and walking distance to several shops and restaurants. The house was well stocked with the basics, soap, dish washing detergent, etc., to get us started as well as plenty of towels. Loved all of the balconies and relaxing in the pool on the first floor. The owner was great to work with in advance at booking, and also very responsive when we texted him upon arrival with a few questions. Loved every minute of our getaway and will absolutely return!

A little slice of Heaven

Our stay at this property was amazing! The house is absolutely beautiful and in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked, bedrooms all had comfy beds, and the bathrooms were all spacious. I was worried with us having a large group, that there wouldn’t be enough bath and beach towels to go around, but there were more than enough! The listing says coin operated washer/dryer but it’s just regular amenities (didn’t need the $10 in quarters that we took!) Another concern I had was being on a busy corner, but we never even heard traffic going by while in the house. The white sand beach is literally across the street and three houses down. The balconies…oh my gosh! I could’ve spent the whole time hanging out there and in the pool, so nice! As for all of the previous reviews saying there weren’t enough toiletries, let me remind you, this is a rental property, not a hotel! We found there to be plenty. It is the expectation that one provide their own items, and we had more than enough to get us started (dish sponge and dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, etc) The Publix grocery store was just a couple miles away, and had a huge selection of all things. Patrick, the owner, is extremely personable and very easy to work with! All in all, 10/10 experience! We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay!

Our family has been vacationing in and around Anna Maria for over 30 years. In 2012 we decided to buy this beautiful house to have a home away from home.

My wife and I have 3 children. We are from Michigan and as you could imagine, love to escape from the long, cold winters. Anna Maria is the perfect spot to enjoy gorgeous weather, partake in many activities and enjoy the white sand of the Gulf.

Walking distance to the bear and restaurants. We offer golf carts for rent and are located close the free island trolley.
