Easy access to Sebago lake with our own community boat launch which comes right out to the sand bar and the entrance to the Songo River. Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home. Private association close to Sebago Lake State Park and downtown Naples is a 10 minute drive. Large outdoor fire pit and fenced in back yard.
The space
Guests have full access to the house, enjoy lake life if you have a boat or just time with family. This cute hidden gem is just what you're looking for. Cozy fire pit, outdoor deck space and fenced in back yard. Guests have access to park pass for Sebago Lake State Park. Newly renovated floors through out.
Please no parties unless prior to booking you have discussed with the host. Absolutely no fireworks allowed.

Very quiet area near water

Nice walkable area, fully fenced yard with large deck was comfortable for sitting out with morning coffee, clean rooms and full washer/dryer, clear instructions for trash, etc.

Great place for a friendly stat

The house was used as a resting spot for a local family event and it met all of our expectations. The pictures don’t even do service to the place as it is better than you see. Spacious with a nice outdoor space to enjoy family that stopped by after. Host was very easy to communicate with thru check in and out.
