In the shadow of the Wasatch Mountains, the community of Bear Hollow Village is quietly tucked away, yet close enough to conveniently enjoy the slopes of nearby Canyons, Park City and Deer Valley.
Guests here are invited to take advantage of a clubhouse with pool (summer months only), hot tub, fitness center and spa. Other amenities available for your recreation are a firepit area, a soccer field, a putting green and a half basketball court.
In this enclave of upscale Park City properties, your vacation townhome features 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths over two levels, accommodating a total of 12 guests. A private one-car garage is included in your rental, two cars in the private driveway and additional street parking is available in designated areas.
After a long day on the slopes, the private hot tub on a covered deck will feel wonderful on tired muscles. You’ll also find a grill here, ideal for the tradition of the family barbecue!
As you enter through the town-home's front door, you’ll find yourself in the beautifully renovated living room, filled with natural light from the expansive picture window. Supple leather furniture invites you to sit down and relax, perhaps with a roaring fire from the beautiful floor to ceiling stone fireplace for ambiance. All the beds in this perfectly laid out Bear Hollow Village townhome have pillow-top mattresses, just waiting to spoil you. On the lower level is a master suite with queen bed. This suite features cozy carpeting, a coordinating white wood bedroom set, ceiling fan and large flat screen TV. The en-suite bath offers a walk-in shower.
The top level boasts an additional master suite with queen bed. Here, you’ll have your own private balcony, with stunning mountain views. Enjoy the comfort of a ceiling fan and a large flat-screen TV. This ensuite bath pampers you with a soaking tub and separate walk-in shower.
A third bedroom with queen and fourth with double-over-double bunks share a hall bath with a tub/shower.

The home was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had plenty of supplies and dishes for meals. The check in was easy and hot tub was well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and we would recommend this property.

We loved our stay. The condo was great!! Very roomy, well stocked and clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything we were looking for. We enjoyed the hot tub on the deck and the clubhouse was nice feature too, and we loved being able to workout there.

Very nice property with all amenities. Kitchen was fit for a gourmet chef and had awesome dinner and flatware. Appreciated the humidifers in each room. Nice roomy common areas. Only thing that could have been clearer is that the sofabed is located in the den at the top of the stairs which is a high traffic throughway. Very clean, comfortable and hottub was well maintained and clean!

The property was in a good location, the kitchen was equipped with enough plates, pans etc. The beds were queens and in need of pillow tops. One of the 4 dehumidifiers worked. Overall my family of 3 grands, 3 adults with spouse's and 2 grandparents had a good time. FYI The hot tub repair man used a ladder to service the hot tub without announcing his arrival which was a bit creepy.

There are signs at the home, in the guest folder and in the app that alert guests that the hot tub service will access the balcony/hot tub regardless of occupancy. They respect your privacy, whenever possible, by accessing with a ladder in lieu of going through the home. We hope you enjoyed the newly updated space, amenities and convenient location. Overall great property. Hot tub was bathtub warm, but not hot-tub hot. We had an aging grandmother who had a little difficulty with the stairs, especially to the second floor. We also had adult children, one of whom had to sleep on the sofa bed because the lower bunk was too short for an adult. Since we stayed in December, the space heater in the basement bedroom was a life-saver!

We appreciate you bringing to our attention the issue regarding the hot tub temperature. Please note that the temperature can be adjusted according to your preference. During particularly cold weather, the hot tub can cool slightly when the cover is open due to the freezing outdoor temperatures.
We also regret to hear about the inconvenience caused due to the size of the bunk bed. While all our beds are standard size, we understand that they may not be suitable for everyone.
We're glad to know that the space heater in the basement bedroom was beneficial, especially during the cold December month. We aim to provide all necessary comforts to our guests and are glad to know it was appreciated.
We look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back in the future, and we will strive to make your next stay even more enjoyable.

Great Place:::Beware of Sec Deposit Charges:::
We had an amazing time! The main floor of the house was larger than we had anticipated. Fully stocked kitchen, extra blankets, etc. Very clean and well maintained. We were disappointed with being charged for a couple of items that broke during our stay but were not our responsibility so please beware; we were actually charged for a broken toilet screw. Other than that we had a great time and the owner brought us extra towels when needed!

We were pleased that the property was comfortable and enjoyed. There were a few items broken (the toilet screw just a minor piece of the list) and the hot tub was left unsightly and in need of immediate service. Although the cost of maintenance and repair following this stay exceeded $100, we only requested, and believed to be more than fair, that the renter pay a $30 fee to mitigate the overall cost. With push back from the renter, they were charged nothing. We appreciate responsible renters and have only actually charged against a security deposit one time in four years.
It was listed as a 5 bedroom but it is actually just a 4 bedroom and there is a den with a sofa bed. The place was not clean and management was not very helpful in resolving issues. Would definitely not stay there again.

Great place for a large family or multiple couples
We spent a week at this property, which was easy to access from the interstate, clean, and it looked as expected based on photos on the listing site. The open floor plan was fabulous and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook nice meals. The front and lower level bedrooms stay much cooler than the rest of the unit but we did find a space heater for the lower level which helped a little. The dishwasher broke during our stay, and hand washing dishes on vacation was kind of a bummer, but I’m sure it will be replaced soon. We found traffic to Park City Mountain over the holiday weekend very heavy, but from Tuesday on it was a pretty easy drive. On the other hand, the location is very convenient to outlet mall, Smiths grocery store, Walmart, and lots of quick- service restaurants (all important when traveling with young kids) . We didn’t need but did find that the unit had sleds, a pack n play, and a kitchen booster seat.

We had a wonderful 4 night stay in the home on Oslo Ln. The home is beautiful and was perfect for our large family. It was very clean the the location was great. We would stay there again. The only negatives I would note is they could use some new pots and pans. They were really worn out teflon and I really did not like using them but there was nothing else. For such a beautiful home I was surprised the pots and pans were so old. Also there were not enough towels. Yes there were a few for each bathroom but when you have a large group and a hot tub, there should have been more. I felt like I was constantly having to wash towels. Also there were plenty of extra pillows but no extra pillow cases?! Another negative was paper produts. Most places we have stayed have plenty of items for the entire stay. Having to go out and buy our own toilet paper was a first!

just a few small things to mention
Overall our stay was adequate for the price we paid. We've used Homeaway many times and have good experiences. This particular property had a few things that are worth mentioning. We went out the front door to take pictures of the kids real quick in the snow, and the front door handle comes completely off, leaving us locked outside. Also the garage light was out, so when we returned at night we had no light going up the stairs. The hot tub never got above 85 degrees. The downstairs bedroom - aside from the noise of the water heater in the closet and absolutely no heat (until luckily we found a portable heater), the downstairs bedroom has an extremely odd large picture on the wall with wording of death, innocence lost, the end of time, final point, barbarians at the gate, etc. A very odd thing to be hanging next to a bed. Thank you for the opportunity to review, overall the place accommodated us well and we enjoyed the fireplace at night and all the movie channels, as well as the available kitchen seating.

Thank you for staying with us, Shannon. We would have happily fixed the light bulb, hot tub, and heat issues if you had called during your stay and let us know. We never heard from you! We have maintenance on-call to make sure all our renters have a great experience. The painting on the wall must have been misinterpreted as well. It's a quote with a nice meaning. The owners hung it on the wall years ago and have never had a complaint. We'd be happy to host you any time you visit Park City. We'd just ask that you call our office if there are any issues so we can resolve them immediately and make sure you have a perfect vacation.
We stayed in the Bear Hollow village and loved the location! The house was well maintained and had a great layout for 3 separate couples - each with our own bathroom! We loved the hot tub on the porch after a long day of skiing!

We traveled with our three adult boys, one spouse and two girl friends. We loved the open area for eating, cooking, and hanging out all on one level. Nice big kitchen table for playing games! Having the hot tub right off the kitchen was nice too. The lower bedroom was a little chilly, but the space heater made all the difference - no complaints by my son and wife. One bedroom had full size bunk beds and the lower bunk had very little space between it and the top one, but we managed. The location was great and we were so happy to have a garage since we had a lot of snow. It was an easy fifteen minute drive to Park City with traffic. The community is very nice and even with all the snow we could tell it is well maintained and cared for. A great trip and we'd definitely stay here again!

The property was nice and roomy, but I specifically asked about air conditioning and was told yes the unit was air conditioned. When we arrived the thermostat on the main floor indicated there was no air conditioning except on the upstairs level. I was NOT happy about that and suffered with the heat during the afternoon and evening when I was preparing food.. I was also disappointed that there was not a regular Barbeque on the patio.

Thanks for staying with us, Patricia. Our advertising is really clear about air-conditioning so there's no misunderstanding. The home DOES have central air-conditioning on the top level, which also cools the main level. The basement does not have A/C because it stays cool on its own. There is a gas BBQ on the patio. We don't have any homes that have charcoal "regular" BBQs. We're glad you enjoyed the home. We hope you used the private hot tub as well as the clubhouse pool during your trip. It's such a great location, right on the free shuttle route and across from the Redstone Shopping Center. We'd be happy to have you back!

Great Stay. Great Location and Amenities
Great location close to entrance of Kimball Junction/Park City. Shopping and restaurants are practically across the street. Plenty of room for our group of just 5. Could easily have slept more. I liked that you can make you own security code for entry once you arrive. Hot tub was great especially after a day on the slopes with my feet and shins in bindings all day. Laundry was ideally located off the the upstairs bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.
