Scuba diver and angler’s dream on canal within minutes of ocean access in Key Largo. Dive Capital of the World!! Just outside of world famous John Pennekamp State Park and Molasses Reef. Scuba dive, fish, or relax at the sandbar, in our canal or pool. Space to park boat, trailer and 40 ft RV. Ice machine and freezer, BBQ with side burner. Outdoor sitting area with smart TV. Property is fenced in and very private. Relax on those chilly nights by the stone fire pit. 70 feet of concrete dock space for flats boat. A hold harmless agreement is required to be signed. Two bikes and tandem kayak available for use. Paddle boards can be rented close by. List of attractions and restaurants will be provided for your enjoyment at time of booking. This property is located in a highly desirable neighborhood on the Oceanside of the island for quick ocean access. Kayak or paddle board and explore our property into Pennekamp Park’s creeks and estuaries. Property is available for rent for a minimum of 28 consecutive days. Please don’t hesitate to message me for more specific pics or any questions you may have.

Wonderful Private Vacation Spot

This property was exactly as listed. The kitchen was fully equipped even down to spices in the drawer! We enjoyed the pool and patio area immensely. The owner was always responsive in a timely manner. We will definitely be returning.

The perfect Key Largo getaway!

We recently stayed at this wonderful home and and had an awesome experience. The property was beautiful both inside and outside. It was exactly as described, and the owners thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen was very well equipped, and we didn’t want for anything. The pool and covered outside living area were absolutely perfect…we spent so many hours out there enjoying the sun and shade. We even saw manatees in the canal behind the house. We also enjoyed the tandem kayak and beach cruiser bikes that were provided. We cannot wait to return next year!

We were raised during the summers here in the Conch Republic as children and young teenagers. Our family have enjoyed the keys for decades. As adults now we are avid fishermen and scuba divers and have built our new dream vacation home and would like to share it with you.

This property is located in a highly desirable quiet neighbor on the Oceanside of the island with quick ocean access on a canal with 65 feet of dock adjacent to John Pennekamp State Park. Close to boat ramps, water sport rentals, bars, shopping, and the closest island to Miami.
