Upon entering the property guests are greeted by an open floor plan with coastal décor throughout. The renovated kitchen, dining and main living area connects effortlessly and leads to an oversize private balcony that provides ocean views. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials including a coffee maker (drip and pods), blender, toaster, toaster oven, mixer, pots/pans and more.
Between the bar and dining eight people can sit comfortably making this rental ideal for friends and family to gather. The main living area is equipped with all NEW furniture including sofa (with a Queen sleeper), love seat and two gliding chairs, Smart TV (online streaming available through YouTube TV) and an electric fire place.
The master bedroom has a King bed, ocean view, flat screen TV, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, shower and walk-in closet. The first guest room is equipped with a Queen bed, flat screen TV and closet. The third room has Twin beds and closet. The second bathroom is located just across the hall with a walk-in shower.
Guests can enjoy the sunset on the balcony or take advantage of the newly renovated pool, Jacuzzi and designated grill area onsite.
Downtown Fernandina Beach is also just a few minutes away with all of its exciting culinary, cultural and shopping experiences.
Fresh linens, towels and a starter kit of disposables are provided (travel size shampoo/conditioner and body wash along with limited number of laundry pods, dish pods, coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and one sponge.)
