Located on the Crystal River with Lake Michigan beach access, this budget-friendly condo has two comfortable bedrooms, two lofts, and two bathrooms, making it ideal for any family adventure you may want to plan any time soon!

Admire marvelous views of the Crystal River from the comfort of your private deck, which has been furnished with a plethora of comfortable patio chairs and an outdoor dining table. Experience another memorable outdoor spot when you gather around the community beach firepit available (permit required). The carpeted open floor plan of the condo allows you to stay connected and share incredible memories with your group no matter where you are or what you are doing. Spend a cozy evening watching TV in the living room or surprising your loved ones with their favorite recipes thanks to the fully appointed kitchen.

The lower level has two bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a loft with two comfortable beds. The upper loft, which is accessed by a ladder attached to the wall, has two more beds for guests.The main floor also hosts two bedrooms and a full bathroom. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi, a washer/dryer on-site, and a fireplace in the living room.

Glen Arbor Heaven

This cottage was perfect for a week stay! About a two minute walk to a beautiful beach and either a nice walk or two minute drive into town. From the porch, you have a great view of a river and is perfect to relax on after a day at the beach. Cannot wait to return!

Leelanau stay

This condo is in a lovely wooded location next to the river and a short drive into the sweet town of Glen Arbor. We particularly enjoyed a cozy fire in the wood stove! This was a great spot for exploring Glen Arbor, Empire, and hiking in the Sleeping Bear Dunes.

Great week in Glen Arbor!

The condo was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, close to Sleeping Bear Dunes and downtown Glen Arbor. We loved the hiking trails and the beach (It felt like we had our own private beach). The sunsets were stunning! I’m looking forward to returning.

Perfect Fall Trip

The condo was very spacious and fit our family of 6 perfectly! I loved staying so close to a private beach and all of the hiking trails nearby. It was a perfect fall trip with beautiful foliage, sunsets, and hiking. As an added bonus, the salmon spawning in the Crystal River was a very cool surprise that we were able to see just steps from our condo.

DO NOT STAY HERE!

Do not stay here. This place was disgustingly dirty, had dead and live bugs in multiple places throughout the bedrooms and living spaces, dead mice in traps under the kitchen sink, and more. We messaged the host the first night and they never responded. Checking out this morning and seeking a full refund. This property is a health hazard and should be removed from Vrbo listings.

Disappointed overall

Unit was not overly clean. Hair on bathroom floor, toilet seat was loose and slid around when we tried to sit on it. Bedroom waste baskets were not emptied. Unit was hot- no air conditioning. We had to go buy fans for additional circulation. Not sure if bed sheets had been changed. No blind on the kichen/dining area window. People could see into the unit from the street. There was a large storm Fri night with lots of downed trees and limbs. A large limb went through my son's windshield making the car undriveable. They couldn't get someone out to replace it until Monday at 1:00 pm. Our checkout time was 10:00 so I texted Vacasa to delay checkout until 1:00 so our son and fiancee would have someplace to stay until the car was fixed but was denied. They said they had other guests checking in after 4:00 needed time for the cleaning crew. My son left the property about 12:00 and the cleaning crew still had not arrived. I also requested a partial refund but did not receive a response.

Fun holiday get-away

Nice complex a very short drive away from the hub of the Homestead and its ski village, super-close to Glen Arbor and even a short drive to some wineries. We appreciated the layout of the condo for four adults (almost five, except for last-minute change). The two bathrooms were perfect for us, as was the comfy seating for all in the living room. The river view was a nice touch. None of us would have used the upper loft, FWIW. We had a few issues with cleaning upon checking, and I hate to say it, but the 'official' Vacasa communication was worthless. I'm not sure they even have humans dealing with their communication, based on the replies I got. The local property manager was very responsive. Go there first, if you need to connect with someone. You'll think you're being connected when you reply to Vacasa texts etc, but - not really, in my experience.

Cleanliness

The property was a great set up for two families with teens . And we were very pleased with the layout. When we arrived we noticed a musty smell. But assumed it was MAYBE because we were the first renters of the season. We open the patio door and just fresh air in. When two of the teens went to the top loft they were disgusted by the amount of dead bugs all over . Beds, floors, everywhere. They couldn’t even sleep up there . Then the hair - the bathroom floors had so much hair on them - it was disgusting. Then the laundry . The musty smell was actually WET towels and sheets left in the washer in dryer for what smelled like weeks. I ended up having to do 2 loads of towels of sheets . I reached out to the property manager via text countless times explaining our frustration. No response from the local rep - over 48 later.

Disappointed overall

Location was OK. Unit was not all that clean. Hair on the bathroom floor, waste baskets in the main floor bedroom were not emptied, the toilet stool lid in main floor bath was very loose and slide around when we tried to sit on it, and there was not a blind on the kitchen/dining area window. People could look right in to the condo from the street. Bedding was worn and the bath wash clothes were next to being rags and need to be replaced. Please be aware there is no air conditioning in this unit and it was very hot and stuffy. We had to go purchase fans for better ventilation. Friday night there was a fairly severe storm that blew down several trees and limbs and caused considerable damage. Power and wifi were off for two days. A large limb went through our son's windshield and made the car undriveable. Since it was the weekend they couldn't get anyone out to replace the windshield until 1:00 pm Monday. Out checkout time was 10:00 am Mon. so I texted Vacasa to request a 3 hour delay to our checkout time so my son and fiancee would have somewhere to stay while waiting for the car repairs. Vacasa denied my request saying they had other guests checking in that day at 4:00 and had to give the cleaning crew time to clean. Our son and his fiancee had to sit outside until the car was fixed at 100. The cleaning crew had not shown up by the time the car was fixed and they left the property. Not very pleased with Vacasa. I requested a partial refund and did not even receive a response from Vacasa.
