This cottage sleeps 8 in 3 bedrooms. The Primary has a King-Sized Bed, Desk, a large Closet, Dressers, a Smart TV & Marsh Views. The EnSuite features a Double Sink Vanity, Large Glassed-In Shower with Rain Shower Head, Handheld Massaging Sprayer & Teak Stool. 2nd Bedroom (King) with Large Closet, Dresser, Smart TV & Marsh Views. 3rd Bedroom has a Queen, Set of Twin Bunkbeds, Desk & Smart TV. Both have Large Closets & share a Hall Bath with Tub/Shower combination.

The Large Front Porch has an Ocean View where you can watch both the sunrise & sunset. The Back Deck has Serene Marsh Views. Watch the Wildlife of the Marsh from this Back Porch View, perfect for a cup of morning Joe or glass of wine in the evening.

If you are bringing a pet, the pet fee must be paid prior to your check-in. Limit of 2 dogs. A non-refundable $200 pet fee will be added to the booking for bringing a dog. *No Dogs Allowed in Pool*

This pool has an optional heater that can be requested for use prior to arrival. Must know if heating will be needing +7 days from checkin. For use of pool heater there will be an additional $50/ night charge to heat and to keep the pool heated to 85 degrees. Must heat for the entire length of the stay, can't pick and choose days. If the air temperature falls below 50 degrees, there is no option to heat the pool as this is a requirement by the heater to operate. Temperature is wirelessly controlled and the control panel is locked at the unit. Please Note the $50/ night heating fee is not automatically added onto the booking. This will be paid separately from the primary booking.

*On January 10th, 2023 the Oak Island Town Council voted to approve paid parking on the island. The paid parking will be in effect from April 1 through September 30th and the hours are from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The cost will be $5 per hour, $20 per day and $80 per week.
