Sue and Kevin were terrific hosts. They promptly answered our questions and resolved any issues we had. Their house was in a great location - with close proximity to Kinder Farm, great restaurants and Annapolis.We absolutely loved the screened in porch and spent most of our time out there!

Loved our stay!

Loved our stay! House is clean and well maintained. Loved the location as it is close to stores and about 15 minutes from the mall. Sue was a great host and very responsive. Would stay here again!

We felt right at home.

My family and I loved this property. It was extremely clean and well kept. The beds were very comfortable with nice, cozy linens. The kitchen was stocked with everything you might need. If I ever have a reason to stay in the area again I would definitely choose this home

Family celebration

Nice location, clean property, and prompt communication!

Host responded to my messages in a timely manner, and the home was neat and clean. The property is close to BWI and near supermarkets etc. It's also located in a quiet neighborhood. Highly recommended!

We had a family reunion in the area and my brother, and I and our spouses spent 4 nights. It was a perfect fit for our needs. Extremely clean and well appointed. Even the coffee was great. Thanks so much.

The home was very clean with lots of space to spread out and catch up. Owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. Will definitely be back!

Property is well maintained and very clean. Great location for airport, DC and Annapolis. Only suggestion is to add a coffee pot. One cup at a time was a little annoying at breakfast.

Family reunion

House was perfect for a family reunion of my 4 siblings. Plenty of space to spread out with a lovely livingroom to gather. Meals were a breeze to make in the well appointed kitchen. The back enclosed porch was gorgeous, although too hot in July to spend time outside.

Clean. Cozy. Plenty of room. Good location.

It was just what we needed. It looked like the carpets were freshly cleaned. Location was good for us. Close enough when we needed to be back but enough distance to feel like our mid had some breathing air from the yard. There are eateries and grocery shops just minutes away. I hope to be back.

Highly recommend

My family really enjoyed our stay in this lovely suburban oasis. Close to walking trails and the conveniences of supermarkets and food options, this place had everything we needed. Not only that, it was clean, comfortable and quiet. We had initially planned to stay for four weeks, but ended up extending to eight weeks. Sue was lovely and super responsive to our communications. I would highly recommend this place.

Family Vacation

It was a very nice place and would stay again. Clean and roomy. Property manager was very nice. I was not aware until last moment a copy of my license was needed. I thought verbo provided all info that was needed. Please shred it. It would be nice if a blow dryer and body soap was provided. The bed linens were very clean but the scent of the fabic cleaner was overwhelming.

The property was pretty much as expected. Sue was very friendly and helpful. the kitchen was well supplied for what we needed..We did not spend a whole lot of time there, but we felt comfortable when we were. We were taught to leave things as we found them, so we Tried to do so!

Comfortable Home

We enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, comfortable and we had plenty of restaurants and groceries nearby. Plan ahead and take hairdryer, shampoo and soap. We failed to read listing and had to run to the store as we hadn’t packed those items. It was a little further than we want to be from Annapolis (like 20-25 min depending on traffic) but that would be the only reason that might keep us from renting location again. We loved the screen porch!

Wonderful home!

Cute cozy home for our family of four. We stayed down the street from my relatives house and this great home was perfect location! Property was clean and tidy. The owner lived next door and was available for whatever we needed. After a long day of activities, it was a cozy retreat to come home too. I would definitely recommend for families! My teens had their own bedrooms. Also we used the washer and dryer which were brand new and a major plus. My only recommendation to host was to put shampoo and conditioner and soap in showers. Luckily we brought some but needed to buy soap. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful comfortable home! The owner was very easy to work with. Our travel plans had us arriving at an unusual hour, but she made it very smooth and easy for us! Given that we got in late, finding coffee in the kitchen the next morning was greatly appreciated! I would definitely stay here again.

Last Minute Gem

We decided to do a quick getaway and could not have asked for a better place to relax. This location put the Home in home away from home! Our host was never more then a text away which means so much when vacationing. Thanks for making our stay the best!
