Great dog-friendly stay, near the dog beach and other attractions. The full kitchen was very useful with my wife's dietary restrictions. Would stay here again for sure.

We’ll definitely be booking again!

We had a wonderful time! The owners and management company went above and beyond, even having a brand new washer and dryer delivered right before our arrival. When we booked, the photos hadn’t yet been updated to show the beautiful remodel—but we were pleasantly surprised by the fresh kitchen cabinets, new flooring, updated decor, comfortable sofas, and patio furniture. The unit was very clean, just a short walk to the beach, and communication was excellent throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be booking again!

This property was very nice & comfortable! Location was great, across the street from Beach, and main street. Enjoyed private back patio with beautiful pond. Great green space for pets too.

Proximity to the beach is wonderful. A short walk is all it takes to reach the ocean. The rental has some basic things butbypu will need to go to Walmart or target for essentials (dish/laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.). Also there are no beach towels or toy's, again Walmart run

We loved the property and condo. The condo was clean, short walk to the beach (five minutes at the most until you hit the sand), 2 miles from pier park, safe area, and host was kind and responded quickly.

What a great location to enjoy the Florida panhandle! This well appointed condo gave us plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Panama City Beach area. Seaclusion had everything we needed, from the kitchen appliances to the washer and dryer. The unit is well maintained and the photos are accurate. The perfect place to relax and unwind.

First time stay @ Horizon / Nice Condo

Everything was to complete satisfactory @ unit Seaclusion. From easy check-in, very nice & clean unit to short walk across the street to the beach & for a turtle lover like myself, enjoyed watching the turtle in the pond behind unit. I love the fact of pet friendly because my fur babies always travel with me. I will be returning in the future.

The unit itself was great. We did have an issue with the dryer and reached out to property management. No resolution was reached. They notified the owner, but nothing else. We were in town for a tournament and our family of four had a load of laundry each day. We had to hang all our clothes to dry to avoid further damage to our clothing. We opted to rent a condo because we wanted to ensure that we had a washer/dryer and this made things difficult.

The follow up text messages were helpful and appreciated. The condo was nicely decorated. 1. Kitchen cabinets and drawers should be clean and could use more cooking items (pots, pan, glass bowls, colander, sharp knife, etc.) 2. Living room TV should have directions on how to use. 3. Needed to know where to place garbage. All in all, nice place. Thank you

Enjoyed it!

Would certainly recommend this to a friend. It was everything the listing stated and then some! Being on the lagoon was so fun for the girls (8yro), they fed turtles birds and fish. We sat on the private back balcony and listened to the live music at coconuts restaurant (which has fabulous food and is 100yrds away! The beach is right across the street, noise wasn’t an issue. The pool is just out the front door and across the parking lot, never too busy, the locals who lived in horizon south were also a plus. So pleasant and fun! This is most definitely a family friendly location. Just as it was when I stayed here 18 years ago! Plan to stay again soon!

Winter stay of 5 weeks.

We stayed at this condo 2 years ago and loved the area and the condo due to its amenities, quick responses from Morgan and the size was just right for us. The condo was neat and clean and extra care taken to the floors due to allergies . There were times when we needed to notify Morgan and she was quick to respond which was really appreciated. There were other renters in condo's around us that were frustrated that they never would get responses from the host of their condo. Thankfully we never had that with Morgan. The new system for stream line TV service was new to us and she sent over someone to show us how to figure it out. Its very different from our cable service so it took us awhile to catch on. The TV's are different for the bedroom and the living area as well as the remotes so like anything practice makes almost perfect ! (This was a new system for the entire facility and had only been in place for 2 months so everyone was learning. )

Getaway Vacation

Love Horizon South!!! Its very quiet and the only way in and out is to have a code to get in so protected. Some residents live there. It was upsetting that the 1 pool that is suppose to be heated was ice cold and it had been that way for quite some time. They underwent new management recently and was currenly being fixed with a new heater. ( Old management attempted to nurse it along for 3 years.) New management making more updates to the property. Only got to use it 1 day while there and it was not warm, but not ice cold. Just needed more time to heat up. The ocean is across the street and it is a busy street so not as close as they made it sound. Our agent Morgan was wonderful in helping us get the TV to work. She was very quick to answer all questions and even came in person to check to make sure all was working.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Best rental experience ever. Had a issue with another rental agency canceling my reservation just a week before our vacation and forehand rentals put me in another room for less money,smooth transition and a great vacation after the stress of being canceled a week before our family vacation. I will use forehand rentals next year.horizon south was the property in which we booked, walking distance to the beach, shopping and food. Grounds management was a real task to work with! Management can be slightly rude at times.
