Peaceful getaway

We are two moms that were in Tampa for our sons' soccer tournament. Staying at this property was wonderful. Location was perfect; just a few minutes from the soccer complex. The home is lovely, the host was incredible, and it's located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay again, and would recommend this rental to anyone! Don't hesitate on booking this property!

"We had an incredible stay and can’t wait to go back! The home is in a very safe, quiet area with a beautiful lake view, yet it was still close to everything we wanted to do. It was very comfortable and exactly as described. Plenty of games, linens, even a grill and fire pit in the fenced in front yard.Our host, Renee, truly went above and beyond. She was so thoughtful, bringing us fresh eggs from her henhouse and delicious papayas right from her backyard tree. She remained incredibly responsive and made sure we were taken care of, even coordinating to get us a can opener we needed. We couldn't have asked for a kinder or more dedicated host. Highly recommend!"

So good we came back!

This lovely place had everything we needed for our stay. We were here at Thanksgiving and it was so convenient we came back for Christmas. We were sad we couldn't stay another day but it was already booked. We will definitely consider this place when we return to Brandon.

What a gem!

We loved the property so much we rented it again! It has everything we needed for our week long stay. The front patio is wonderful with all the available stuff to do. We really appreciated allowing our dog to come with us. Its is on a nice quiet street (i grew up next to train tracks so they did not bother me). We could walk our dog and not worry about traffic. We look forward to our second visit!

Great location with a great host!

Property was exactly what we needed in a great location. We came for the RV Supershow and it took us about 15 mins door to door. Plenty of places to shop and eat within a mile or so of the home as well. The home was full of every little thing you may need for your stay, down to microwave popcorn and even a game console (which our son thoroughly enjoyed). Plenty of towels, blankets, and linens as well. The host, Renee, was extremely responsive when we had questions and was nice enough to check up on us mid-stay. We would definitely stay here again should the need arise!!

Enjoying Family

This property was so cute! My family loved it❣️ It was the perfect place to connect and enjoy each other’s company. There were lots of things to do at the house! Jenga, darts, skeet ball, corn hole, etc.. The host really made us feel welcome, providing nice little touches throughout. She was very responsive & kind 🤗 There we’re lots of amenities! Many stores & restaurants within 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend it if your in the Brandon area!

Great stay with running room for the dogs.

This is exactly as pictured. Beautiful inside and out. We love the fenced in yard for the dogs, but for our younger dog the back yard was her paradise. We didn’t let her go by the waterfront and there was still plenty of room. We also enjoyed our dinners in the front open air room. All the little extras were appreciated too. Thanks Renee for providing us with a wonderful experience.

Quiet Lakeside Cabin

Good quiet location on lake Chapman, but still close to Brandon center and I-75. Nicely renovated with calming coastal interior. Small but adequate kitchen. Huge screened front patio ideal for insect-free entertainment, with lots of provided games. Wonderful sound of trains passing by 200 feet away. Check-in was very easy, but cleaners did not fully complete their task and the unit was not adequately clean. Hostess was very accessible and responsive, and helped us in various ways, even replacing the old dishwasher while we were there.
