Oceanfront, Newly Renovated, Indoor Pool and Hot Tub, Perfect Location

WaterPointe II, The All Seasons Resort, provides the perfect amenities to enjoy the beach any time of the year. A heated indoor pool, hot tub, ocean-front outdoor pool, sun deck, exercise room, and direct beachfront access make it the perfect vacation destination. It is located in the family-friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, so you can enjoy a quiet and relaxing vacation with only 54 units in the entire building.

Wildcat Waves is on the 4th floor and has been completely remodeled and updated with whole-house laminate flooring, granite countertops, new sliding doors for the best ocean views, and walk-in showers. The views of the ocean and beach from the private walk-out balcony are spectacular in both directions.

The condo is thoroughly cleaned after every rental and fresh linens and bath towels are provided for your convenience. This is our personal vacation home and we look forward to sharing it with you! However, this is not just a vacation building. There are several full-time residents that are fortunate enough to make WaterPointe II their full-time home. Please be kind and respectful.

No trailers, motorcycles, or RV's are allowed on the property of WaterPointe II, by order of the Homeowners Association. We only rent to families and responsible adults over the age of 25. No house parties or events. No smoking or pets.

We loved the condo. The location was great and views were amazing. The condo was extremely clean and very well decorated. We had such a an amazing stay that we contacted our host, Jennifer to see if we could stay an extra day! She was so helpful and kind. We will be back!

Perfect vacstion

We had a fantastic stay. The unit looks exactly like the photos. Everything was clean and organized. The unit is right by the elevator for easy access. There’s a huge parking lot across the street so you don’t feel cramped. Staff was present daily for lobby/pool upkeep. We will definitely stay here again.

Our best stay yet!

The property and unit are clean, comfortable and as-advertised for sure! The unit had everything we needed - although smaller than the unit we rented last year, the cleanliness and layout made up for it. The indoor pool was warm and never crowded and we enjoyed a few rounds of corn hole on the patio as well! Communication with the owners was over the top!

Birthday getaway

The condo was beautifully decorated, clean looked exactly like photos. Well maintained . Hosts organized , making your stay enjoyable. Enjoyed location and very short walk to beach. The condo building very well maintained. Pools clean . Plenty to do in Myrtle beach especially had fun at Duplin winery Barefoot landing and Murrells inlet. Definitely want to go back.

Wonderful vacation

My family and I had a great time here. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool options. The condo itself was pretty cozy and the short walk to and from the beach was perfect!

Cozy getaway

Place was cozy and we loved the view from the balcony. The only issue we had was with the cleanliness. We had to go out on our first night and purchase a Swiffer to wet clean the floors. My granddaughter's feet were black after walking around the floors. We emailed the address given in the welcome book to no avail. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay thoroughly!

Holiday heaven

Great location. Condo is as advertised. Beach Treats & More convenience store walking distance for resupplies. Food Lion grocery store a mile away. Barefoot Landing a mile away. Many options for dining out nearby. Mall and Outlets not far away. And of course the beach is right out the back door.

Wonderful updated condo !!!

This was our 2nd stay here & we LOVE IT !!! The location can’t be beat !!! The main road gives your Alabama Theater, barefoot landing , house of blues etc. I love the extra security if the outside door has a code , the door to pool also has a code , it made us feel super safe. We will book this condo again for sure !!!

Great Weekend

This unit was absolutely great! The only thing that was a small hiccup was the microwave did not work. Otherwise everything went well and the unit was very well kept and kitchen was very equipped with anything you would need. Would love to stay there again!!

Anniversary Getaway

I always look for reviews when I travel but never did I take the time to write one. I decided that this was a good time to break old habits. I love the location of this condo. It was really nicely decorated, well stocked and clean. Yes I would stay again and yes I would recommend it to a friend.

Wonderful property . Our condo was exactly as pictured. Exceptionally clean and well stocked with towels and kitchen essentials. The owners are absolutely accommodating, responsive and so very kind. We highly recommend their 3 bedroom ocean front condo located in a safe area accessible to many activities and restaurants. September 2023

Back to Waterpointe II

We have stayed at Waterpointe II many times but have not been there since 2020. Everything was as described, a beautiful condo with all the amenities. The weather was perfect until the last day before checkout day when it rained. This gave us time to go do a little shopping and visit a nice winery. The access to the beach is so easy and the traffic on the road is minimal making it easy to get around. Everyone in the area was friendly. We rented umbrellas and chairs as we usually do, and they were set up early every day so we did not need to worry about an umbrella blowing away or toting extra chairs. Our one-year-old grandaughter loved the sand and the water! We were happy to use both the indoor and outdoor pools as a break from the beach. We had a very nice time and readily recommend staying here. We were glad to be back to Waterpointe II!

The trip that will bring us back every year!

I’ll have to start by saying that everything about this property is exactly how it is pictured. Clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you need. Most nights we cooked dinner and stayed in we felt so at home. Sitting out on the balcony listening to the ocean and reading a Jack Reacher novel from the book cabinet was a personal highlight of my vacation! We did venture out some and the location is perfect. We were minutes from everything! Like all trips funny memories happen. This year there was an incident with a cell phone falling and landing in a spot we could not get to. I reached out to the property owners for guidance and after sharing a brief laugh Jen was on the case. She called a few people and before I knew it there were two men with a ladder getting the phone for us. There was 0 delay in her responding to my SOS message and she seemed genuinely happy to help. When you get the opportunity read Rob and Jen’s story in the binder on the counter. Getting to share a place that is such a big part of their love story made me appreciate the beauty of the property even more. Let’s move out to the beach. I have never stayed in the Windy Hill section and was fully prepared to rush out early to claim our spot on the beach. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn’t necessary. The area wasn’t crowded at all. Make sure to check the closet on the balcony for chairs and toys for the beach. We loved everything about our stay!!

We have been vacationing at Waterpointe II for over 20 years. In 2019 we finally purchased our own slice of paradise and named it Wildcat Waves. In all of the years we have been coming to this area, we have never found another building that has all that Waterpointe II has to offer. Our favorite parts are the quiet, family-friendly beach that is directly in front of the building and the private balcony to sit and enjoy the sunrise over the ocean. It is truly one of our favorite places on earth. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
