There is a theater room that is also presentation ready, a conference room/office with conference table and presentation ready flat panel television, basketball court, game room, gathering/lobby area with electric fireplace and flat panel tv with beautiful lake and course views. There are multiple entertainment areas inside and outside of the estate, so weather does not dictate the success of your event.

Watch the sun rise and sun set perfectly from any one of the 5 patios: top three patios, 2nd floor patio (with picnic bench seating for 18), or the 1st floor 2100 sf/90 foot patio, while relaxing with a glass of wine or cup of coffee.

Enjoy the two kitchens in the estate, main kitchen is a gourmet kitchen with 3 ovens, two warming drawers, built in wok, ice maker, wine refrigerator, and two sinks.

My husband and I grew up coming to Lake of the Ozarks and it is still our favorite place to vacation. We decided to buy on the quiet side of the lake to avoid traffic and congestion. You have privacy, with 85 acres directly behind the estate, and access to all of the amenities of our gated community - you get the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

Gated and guarded community, the community has two restaurants, two pools, award winning golf course, a driving range, a putting green, an ice skating rink/sand volleyball court, a firepit, a marina and private cove, a fitness center, a spa, and beautiful scenery.
