FIRST FLOOR OCEAN FRONT WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE FROM POOL DECK! This unique unit is one of only four of its kind in the entire building. Separate bedroom and living area with FULL KITCHEN and WASHER AND DRYER!
The oceanfront floor to ceiling windows bring the outside in and the private pool deck entrance makes this perfect for families. Bring your baby monitor and you can enjoy the pool deck while the kids get an afternoon nap. Fully furnished with all that you need to prepare meals and hit the beach. Nicely updated throughout with an oversized comfy couch w/ pull out sleeping sectional, reclining love seats, independent HVAC, 75" flat screen TV, fireplace & arcade game, dining table, and two double beds in the bedroom. It also includes a coded entry so no need to worry about keys. In addition, the building offers multiple resort style amenities: pool, Tiki Bar and Grill, fitness equipment, and free internet. While you have everything you need without ever leaving, there are plenty of shops, restaurants, and adventures within walking distance.
Resort charges a $10/day resort fee, collected at front desk upon arrival

So close to any activity you could imagine. Local golf courses, fishing charters, catamaran charter, dolphin site seeing. Disney is less than 2 hours away! Head north an hour to historic St. Augustine for the day, or south an hour to check out Cape Canaveral!

Hassle free and great place to stay

The room was extremely clean and super convenient to walk right out onto the pool deck or even just steps away from the beach. Everything I could think of needing or wanting besides my personal items were there and the room is super spacious!

Absolutely amazing place to stay! Everything was great. Plenty of space and walk out the door straight to the beach. Beautiful and we had a wonderful time. Hopefully it's available next year for our next vacation and many years to come!

The place was perfect and very clean we had everything we needed and then some. Donna communicated with me when I had questions. I love the view it never gets old here. Thanks again Donna for a great stay. I will see you again in October

The room itself was cozy and convenient with comfortable beds. The room is a little out dated but clean. The tiki bar was never open and our belongings were stolen from the pool area. We experienced homeless people sleeping in the lobby that was later arrested with drugs and a weapon. No security on gates or lobby doors such as key pads or scan card… anyone can walk off the street or beach at any time and they did ! We walked out of our ground floor room and encountered several people off the streets trying to get in bathroom and police arresting several at gunpoint. We didn’t feel safe during our stay. No ramp access to the beach which definitely should be in the description of the facility.

What a view!!!

Our host Donna has been one of the best!!! This place has all of comforts of home. Kitchen is stocked with all your needs, best place ever when it came to that. The beds were so comfy and was a plus to have a washer and dryer. Living area is spacious enough where you don’t feel cramped. Very nice and cozy beach front room. THE VIEW!!!! I could live with that view. The walkway to the beach and pool couldn’t get any better. Was great being right there. My only complaint is the pool was cold, but that has nothing to do with the owner. I would definitely recommend staying here, you can’t go wrong! Donna thank you for a very enjoyable week, even though the weather didn’t cooperate, but thank you for sharing your place with us. Daytona is our happy place and working with you made it even better. I wish I could have given you a 10 star rating !!!

The unit was very clean and spacious. We loved having easy access to the pool and beach right on the first floor. Donna was very helpful and nice!

Stepping out to the beach was perfect. It was great for a quick girls trip. Very noisy due to lobby door right next to the condo, but probably expected being on the first level. Very convenient and very clean. Great AC.
