Great place for a large group!
We had a terrific time at this house with a large group of family and extended family for the NAU graduation. Lots of different bedrooms and common areas allowed the group to split up any which way for privacy and/or togetherness, depending on how everyone was feeling.
Extra chairs in the garage let us seat everyone at the dining room table if we all happened to be ready to eat at or near the same time. There's a neat "music/game room" that the kids (young and old both) enjoyed messing around in.
Did I mention the endless combinations of sleeping arrangements available? Yes? Oh, good, because this house is amazingly flexible.
Neighborhood is your standard-issue residential area. Lots of churches though, which was interesting. Didn't notice any extra noise on Sunday so it certainly wasn't a problem.
The house is a little bit quirky, not a cookie-cutter subdivision production, so make sure you're open to that. The backyard has natural features like boulders and trees along with a playhouse (fun!), swingset, and seating. We got some pretty graduation photos that looked like they were out in the forest, without having to go anywhere, which was convenient.
Communication was exceptional. Directions and access were very straightforward. I'm not sure that I'll ever need to house such a big group in Flagstaff again, but if I did, I'd absolutely look to see if this home was available first.
