Amazing remodeled North Phoenix 4 bedroom with pool and plenty of fun for the whole family. A great place to relax and enjoy all that AZ has to offer. Remodeled home that is tastefully furnished to provide the perfect sanctuary for your trip. .Try your luck on the golden tee machine or get in a yard game with friends. Private yard with sparkling pool and lounge chairs. The home is conveniently located near freeways with close proximity to Scottsdale and Desert Ridge Marketplace.

The space
Home features include 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds and linens for a good nights rest.

Spacious living area with dramatic lofted ceilings that includes Media area for movies, a work space for the business traveler, and a Golden Tee arcade game.

Fully stocked kitchen with all that you need to cook meals for large groups. Kitchen is upgraded and features a custom island.

Backyard features include pool, BBQ grill, and plenty of seating for dining and lounging.

Guests have access to garage and full washer/dryer at no cost.

Ring camera on the front of the home for guest safety and security of the property. No cameras in home or anywhere in backyard

Home is ideal for families or friends traveling together. Plenty of room for larger groups to enjoy the house.

Great North Phoenix location which makes it easy to get downtown or to Scottsdale. Shopping and Dining all within close proximity. Location is a great hub to get to a lot of different places around the Valley including sporting venues, hiking and nightlife.

Everything was so nice and well thought out. The pool was clean and they had plenty of pool toys. It was nice to sit outside while the kids played in the pool with the fire pit table and the hammock was a nice touching the backyard as well. My only complaint is the furniture in the front living room was rather small for the room and didn’t really allow the space for all of us to gather as a family to watch a movie or to just hang out together. That’s a minor thing because everything else was simply amazing.

This place was perfect for my kids. They were never bored because of all the games and entertainment there was around the house. And everything was clean. Everyone had their own room. This place was awesome

Well maintained home

The property was very clean and just as expected in the pictures. Plenty of things to do inside the house if you don’t like going outdoors or if it rains. The property even had washing detergent to wash clothes with out buying anything.
