New area in villages, community pool behind house

Relax in this fully furnished 2Br/2Ba home located in the Village of Hammock at Fenney. Our home is fully equipped to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. We are a golf cart away from Sawgrass Grove and Brownwood Square where you can shop,dine and dance the night away. We are close to Hummingbird Recreation Center where you can swim, play cornhole shuffle board and bocce ball. Also there is a family pool located nearby at Fenney Recreation along with a nature tail where you might see an occasional alligator hanging out. You will have at your disposal a gas golf cart and his/her bikes to use at your leisure.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Comfortable villa in a great neighborhood

This Villa was just perfect for our stay at The Villages. The living room area was cozy and perfect for watching March Madness. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needed for cooking. We used the outdoor gas grill often and found it to be a real asset. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms good size. We loved using the golf cart to get around. The neighborhood pool was just around the corner and we used it often and also played Shuffleboard. It was easy to communicate with the owners.

Abuntantly Nice

The property is fairly new and everything sparkled. There were plenty of towels, soap dispensers, cleaning supplies, paper toweling and toilet paper. We didn't do much cooking but it was stocked well with seasonings and cookware. The sheets were extra nice and the couch and easy chairs were very comfortable. The Fenney Rec Center was charming and the pool was the nicest in the villages. It is a little far from the more established villages and squares.
