Cozy Villages villa, 2 bed, 2 bath. Great Location

Cozy 1,121 Square Feet home with everything you will need for a great stay at The Villages. Incredible location, only a 6 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing and a 7 minute golf cart ride to Spanish Springs. All Villages amenities are included with the stay as well as a four person gas golf cart. Golfer's dream. All executive golf courses are free to walk or a slight fee to take the cart. Recreation centers, pools and tons of activities all minutes away by drive or golf cart. Our pet policy allows for one small dog 20 pounds or under.

Please do not do business with anyone outside of this website. There are many scams going on within the Villages. Do not send money outside of the VRBO website.

Villages membership will be transferred to you for a one time fee of $50. The membership includes executive golf, pools, recreation centers, bocce, shuffleboard, pool, lawn bowling, horseshoes, archery, tennis, pickle ball, classes, art, sports pools, nightly entertainment and happy hour, shopping and dining and so much more.

In order to access pools and rec centers in The Villages you will need a guest pass. I need to send paperwork with your name and address as it appears on your picture ID.
The Villages has 3 town squares each with free live music at all of them from 6 pm to 9 pm, 365 nights per year. The town squares have plenty of shopping and restaurants. You don't need the pass to attend the activities at the town squares.

Home away from home

This property had everything we could need at the location we were looking for. It was clean and well stocked. Brian, the owner was in touch with us before our arrival and answered all of our questions. Our small dog found the golf cart rides to be wonderful too! A definite winner for us. We hope to now visit often!!

Short visit to De La Vista

Nice house, clean and comfortable, on a quiet street. The golf cart was very fun and helpful. And the owner communicated well and was quick to respond when we had questions. We really enjoyed our visit.

Great home great location

This home will not disappoint. You will be impressed with how clean and updated the home is as soon as you walk in. The location couldn’t be better with it being a short golf cart drive to two of the squares where you can really enjoy everything the Villages has to offer. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Our stay was great. No issues at all. The house was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart. I’m my opinion, one of the best parts of our trip! Brian was very easy to communicate with as well. We would most definitely stay here again in the future.

Our first visit to Brian's and the The Villages Clean and tidy, nothing unexpected or worrying. Enjoyed the golf cart. The activities that are available within the villages are varied and extensive if you take advantage of them. Will try to visit again.

Great central property

My husband and I stayed for five days. Our son joined us one night and so did our daughter and granddaughter we all enjoyed our stay . The property was centrally located , clean and comfortable. And the host was easy to communicate with. And The Villages is a great spot for a holiday. All in all we had a great stay. Hopefully we can repeat. Thanks, Brian.

It was great!!

Nice house and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed. Brian was so nice and easy to work with. We got stranded with some vehicle trouble on our check out day. He was so understanding and told us we could stay past the check out time while we waited for a mechanic. We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing

100 times better than a hotel. This property was spot on. Everything was perfect. I love soft beds and this one was awesome! Everything you need is there, buying food is just up the street! We could not have asked for anything better. The house is beautifully decorated. The reclining couch perfect for watching a movie. The golf cart fun to run down to the square. Do not pass up on this place!
