Cozy Villages villa, 2 bed, 2 bath. Great Location

Cozy 1,121 Square Feet home with everything you will need for a great stay at The Villages. Incredible location, only a 6 minute golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing and a 7 minute golf cart ride to Spanish Springs. All Villages amenities are included with the stay as well as a four person gas golf cart. Golfer's dream. All executive golf courses are free to walk or a slight fee to take the cart. Recreation centers, pools and tons of activities all minutes away by drive or golf cart. Our pet policy allows for one small dog 20 pounds or under.

Please do not do business with anyone outside of this website. There are many scams going on within the Villages. Do not send money outside of the VRBO website.

Guest access

Villages membership will be transferred to you for a one time fee of $50. The membership includes executive golf, pools, recreation centers, bocce, shuffleboard, pool, lawn bowling, horseshoes, archery, tennis, pickle ball, classes, art, sports pools, nightly entertainment and happy hour, shopping and dining and so much more.

In order to access pools and rec centers in The Villages you will need a guest pass. I need to send paperwork with your name and address as it appears on your picture ID.
The Villages has 3 town squares each with free live music at all of them from 6 pm to 9 pm, 365 nights per year. The town squares have plenty of shopping and restaurants. You don't need the pass to attend the activities at the town squares.

Just what we were looking for

A good clean rental property with the added benefit of a four seater golf cart, as we were three adults a four seater was a must. The price was good as well.

Home away from home

This property had everything we could need at the location we were looking for. It was clean and well stocked. Brian, the owner was in touch with us before our arrival and answered all of our questions. Our small dog found the golf cart rides to be wonderful too! A definite winner for us. We hope to now visit often!!

Nice little escape

The location was great. The price was reasonable. The golf car was wonderful. We're happy that we chose this location as it was close to everything. We will plan to be back.

Amazing

100 times better than a hotel. This property was spot on. Everything was perfect. I love soft beds and this one was awesome! Everything you need is there, buying food is just up the street! We could not have asked for anything better. The house is beautifully decorated. The reclining couch perfect for watching a movie. The golf cart fun to run down to the square. Do not pass up on this place!

Fantastic Road Trip

I loved the villa. My friends live in The villages and I visit them every year. I usually stay at the Waterfront but this villa was wonderful - my home away from home! I will be back!

Enjoyable

Our first visit to Brian's and the The Villages Clean and tidy, nothing unexpected or worrying. Enjoyed the golf cart. The activities that are available within the villages are varied and extensive if you take advantage of them. Will try to visit again.

July Vacation

Our stay was great. No issues at all. The house was very clean and neat. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart. I’m my opinion, one of the best parts of our trip! Brian was very easy to communicate with as well. We would most definitely stay here again in the future.

Great central property

My husband and I stayed for five days. Our son joined us one night and so did our daughter and granddaughter we all enjoyed our stay . The property was centrally located , clean and comfortable. And the host was easy to communicate with. And The Villages is a great spot for a holiday. All in all we had a great stay. Hopefully we can repeat. Thanks, Brian.

It was great!!

Nice house and nicely furnished. It had everything we needed. Brian was so nice and easy to work with. We got stranded with some vehicle trouble on our check out day. He was so understanding and told us we could stay past the check out time while we waited for a mechanic. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, almost perfect with a few exceptions

Great location and price. Owner is very responsive via text and gave great instructions for use of things and how to check out. A few less than ideal things that wouldn't prevent me from booking again were: The fridge was not cleaned prior to our arrival. It had jelly stickiness, food debris and even hair in both fridge and freezer. Texted owner and he asked for pics to go over with his cleaner, but never apologized or anything. The neighbor (to the left if you're looking at the property) was pretty mean for no reason. She caught me outside and told me she put cones up (not even onher property, but the vrbo owner's) so we wouldn't step on her grass. Mind you, we weren't close to doing so, she was just intent on preventing this as apparently the last renters stepped on her grass. That felt hostile and crazy for no reason. The master shower had very low water pressure, to the point where it was hard to wash my very short hair. There was a lot of great things though. The rest of the home besides the fridge was very clean, the golf cart was a nice perk, the washer and dryer came in handy after long pool days, the wifi was great, close to a lot of activities we enjoy, cupboards and closets were stocked well (although no pool/ beach towels, so if you want more than bath towels for the pool, bring your own), tv had a lot of options, plenty of closet space, nice new clean couch and recliner, and overall enjoyable home with the few exceptions listed

Great home great location

This home will not disappoint. You will be impressed with how clean and updated the home is as soon as you walk in. The location couldn’t be better with it being a short golf cart drive to two of the squares where you can really enjoy everything the Villages has to offer. We will definitely be back to stay again.

Stay at the villages

The house was very nice. Location could have been a little better. I was not comfortable driving the golf cart on the roads even though there is a lane for golf carts. We took the car all the time. I would recommend staying here if you don’t mind taking the cart in traffic. Brian is great to work with!

Short visit to De La Vista

Nice house, clean and comfortable, on a quiet street. The golf cart was very fun and helpful. And the owner communicated well and was quick to respond when we had questions. We really enjoyed our visit.
