Really wonderful home, numerous areas for reading, sitting with friends, fully stocked kitchen with everything you could want for cooking. Large covered patio, and large back yard with several distinct areas to sit and enjoy. Home is quite modern.It was quiet, and a nice long walk downtown if you are inclined, Good sized bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs.The host was thoughtful with what they made available to guests, anticipated daily needs. We enjoyed immensely.

Andrea was most welcoming. The house was very clean and beautifully designed. There wasn't a detail that was missed for a very comfortable stay. When we visit Santa Fe again, we will definitely stay here.

Architectural Gem

The house was as magnificent as you would expect that the home of an architect would be. My family of 5 adults was very comfortable in the home. The host met us for check-in to show us around the house. The chef's kitchen contained more supplies than I have ever scene in one place. We enjoyed the fireplace one evening. Some guests thought the beds were too firm.

Unpretentious Gem

An unassuming street scape leads to a modern designed oasis. One can immediately tell that an architect designed this place. There is something to see everywhere you look. It is personal and warm and super comfortable with a great screening area for chilling out, a reading nook surrounded by windows, a fully stocked coffee bar, and comfortable seating for 25 throughout the backyard/patio area. The location is fantastic as well. There is off street parking and walking distance to any of the businesses near the South Capitol area or Second Street area. Everything is nearby. We loved this house and would love to stay there again on one of our next visits to Santa Fe.

Andrea has a lovely house and exactly as described and in pictures. She is a great host and very prompt with communicating. The house is vey centrally located and close to all major attractions. We had a lovely time and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here.
