Hidden gem

Wonderful stay for our week while we were in Cooperstown. Very clean with all the amenities needed. Perfect for our family of 5, we will definitely be back!

Great place to stay for a baseball week.

This was a great place to retreat to when away from the ballfield. House is located about 20 minutes from both All Star Village and Dream Park. Paul the owner was great to communicate with too!

Great Stay!

Our two families (4 adults and 2 teenage girls) just complete our almost week long stay here while our boys played at Dreams Park. The place was great. Exactly as described. Comfortable beds. Great view. Kitchen had exactly what we needed. Highly recommended.

Clean and Comfortable

We had a great stay here during our son's tournament. I think staying south of Dreams Park is the way to go. It's a quick trip to OneontaThe setting is beautiful, and the house is clean and comfortable. We had fun fishing off the dock. The only thing that really left us wanting is the cheap toilet paper.

Enjoyable time at 3 Ducks on a Lake

This remodeled lake house was tastefully done and comfortable to our needs. The house was accommodating for 4 adults and 3 kids . Nice view of the lake too. 20 minute ride to All Star Village for baseball. Fun times!
