Riverbend - GOODYEAR LAKE - Built in 2014, Riverbend takes its name from the bend in the northern channel of the lake. This dramatic waterfront home has a large wrap around deck which is a perfect place to enjoy the beautiful sunsets across the water with the rolling hills beyond. The lawn gently slopes down to the 100 foot waterfront with private dock. This is a great area for fishing. A fire pit between the house and the water is great for family campfires! A kayak, paddleboard and paddle boat are also included.

The open floor plan allows the living area, dining area and kitchen all to enjoy a water view through the sliding glass doors and the multiple windows. The doors lead out to the 480 square foot deck which is set up for relaxing anytime of day. The hosts provide a 675 square foot game room, complete with air hockey, a basketball game and more. This home is especially designed for casual, comfortable living and is graced with a stylish, tasteful decor.
