Great stay

We stayed for several nights. The home was clean and very cozy. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was small but nicely appointed. Kitchen had minimum supplies but everything we needed to make three meals a day. Neighborhood looked older but it was quiet. Washer and dryer worked great. Best part was we could drive to Lincoln Financial Field in under 15 minutes avoiding Philly traffic. Parking was convenient in front of home. Would stay here again.

Perfect for a short stay!

Nice little unit. Clean, comfortable and close to The Scottish Rite Auditorium. 2 couples in town for a concert. The property was reasonably priced and offered what we needed. Great view! Parking on street right in front of unit. Comfy beds. Would have been nice to have 2 bathrooms (but we knew it only had one when we booked) and there was a but of a funky smell in the bathroom...probably the drain. Overall, would do a short stay here again!

Nice Place near Freedom Mortgage Pavilion

We stayed for a couple of nights for DMB. We wanted to try some place within a walking distance. This was a cute place, near the public parking lots past the bridges. We had a good time.

Could have been great. Unfortunately...

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks. The house is lovely and the decor is just as you see in the pictures. And the host was wonderful. Having said all that, there were problems with the property that we feel should not have occurred. Firstly, the house was not cleaned properly from the previous guests. The microwave had a greasy plate in it. The single bed didn't have any linen on it. The floor was dirty in one of the rooms. And the washing machine smelled awful (it had linens in it, which I presume were from the single bed, that had been left there for days/weeks and were moldy). We had to take those disgusting sheets out and run the machine empty twice to clean it. During our stay, one of the bathroom pipes developed a leak and started dripping to the ground floor (a foot away from the dining room table where I had my laptop). It took three attempts for the "contractors" over the course of 4 days to finally fix it. And when they did, they left an absolute mess in the bathroom that we had to clean up. We were lucky that we were visiting family and could take showers at their place during these four days. The host offered to refund the remaining days should we decide to leave the property. But where to? There aren't many options in this area (other than an expensive Hilton Hotel). We booked this property months in advance and paid a lot of money for it. Our expectations were that the property be properly cleaned and in working order for our arrival. - It was not.
